Post purchase complaint only but most important. Delivery partner was truly awful. Was not in our villa at time of delivery so asked to leave items at front door but kept asking me for a OTP before doing so. I never received one for over an hour and had no reason to share for such a delivery I asked to be left... appalling partner for Trayano and unlikely to use again for this sole reason.
