I made an order online and then i was told that items are out of stock. When I asked the lady to get back to me with alternatives, she never called. I later called tryano by myself and Another employee named Sarita was nice enough to help me sort out my order

I ordered on the first day of your sale, I was waiting for my order excitedly and after a week one of your staff called informing me that the item that I ordered was out of stock so they cancelled my order. How come it’s out of stock????? If if’s out of stock it should not be available when I ordered. Very bad service from Tryano!
