A Scam company at best
A Scam company at best, I wanted to order a knee brace, but stopped short of checking out of the site. Something didn't feel right. They billed my card anyway for over $100.00 when the knee brace was $25. I went on within an hour to ask them to cancel what they were sending since I didn't complete the order. They answered it was too late and that it already shipped! They sent a tracking link that was for nothing, there was no record of anything to track. The charge was still pending on my account. I wish there was a rating for zero stars, these people are criminals.

I was scammed and they have not replied…
I was scammed and they have not replied to me about giving me the refund i wanted as i did not order their product at at all. I promptly asked for them to refund my money within minutes of them taking my information down and no warning prompts about the checkout. They didn't even take my adress and they say it's in transit even though they don't know where I live. I'm waiting to see if i can take any action on this today.

When we put up the previous email, we received a message to say:
"To proceed, we kindly ask that you remove your Trustpilot review at your earliest convenience. Once confirmed, we will promptly process your refund as agreed.
Please let us know once the review has been taken down so we can complete the refund without delay."
However, once we took it down, which we shouldn't have had to do, they said:
"After carefully reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that we’re unable to proceed with the refund as more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. As per our policy, refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date to be eligible for processing."
Yet, it had already been over 30 days since purchase, when they said they would refund if we removed the review. So, it appears that they clearly said that to make us remove it.

...and so today (May 20th) I see how I was refunded back what was owed to me. Being that I did say that I would not return back once compensated, this is my last post regarding this product. I just wanted to let everyone out there know that I did get refunded back and now feel safe in using the product without the consideration of returning. I am seeing that I am not alone in purchasing an order and not hearing back from anyone once I do and being overcharged. This is very unfortunate because nevertheless, I am happy for my refund. When the order confirmation came thru after they charged me for 4boxes I immediately sent an email asking them to cancel it was not even 5 minutes after i placed the order but A person named Wilma was not at all helpful and told me it was already processed and ready to ship. They refused and said they think I will be happy with their product. These ppl are thieves, and this is just a scam. also, they refused to send me a return label for me to return the stuffs. scammers.
