I should know better than to order something off of Facebook. Ordered a cooling mat for my dog 36 days ago. I never received the item. I contacted customer service and my reply was a reply written to another customer service member inquiring about my inquiry on how to respond to me. I’ve never seen something so stupid in my life. This has been the most ridiculous process I’ve ever had to go through in regard to an online order and company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TRYBARKLY.COM. Trybarkly.com is a pet supply store that advertises products on Facebook. They will steal your money and ignore you.

Never received product. Placed order on May 19. Followed up at the end of May and now website is removed and when I call Company Customer service cannot take calls.
A complete rip off!

I order 2 dog cooling mats 16 days ago. The order is still waiting to be shipped. I have sent 5 emails with no response. I have tried to call the number provide to get an update and the the call goes straight to a vm that says no one is available to take your call. I am now fighting the charges with my credit card company.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

At first I wasn’t sure about the quality of the cooling blanket, but it turns out my dog loves it. To the human touch, it is a bit cooling but not a lot, but a dogs temperature runs warmer than a humans so it must be cooling for her, because she’s always laying on it. I am pleasantly surprised with the cooling blanket, despite my initial hesitation about keeping it.

Not a family run company and not as shown/described - I was stupid enough to buy 2 as I was so convinced both by Facebook and their own website and apparent reviews. Came directly from China, nothing like the images, not cold at all, no updates from the company and will now have to battle to return as not fit for purpose.

Unfortunately I fell for the sob story of how the company started. Thought I was buying a product from a small family run business. The mag shipped directly from China and does not resemble the one on the website at all. I paid £46 for a very substandard item. Trybarkly offered me a 60% refund and I keep the mat. I want 100% refund. They have not replied. No address to send one. I have also seen the product they sent me on Temu for £9. I have put a claim through my credit card. DO NOT BUY

Really pleasantly surprised with this cooling mat! I was afraid I had been scammed after reading the other reviews, but it turned up in just over a week.
The mat itself is great! Really good size and I could feel the cold coming off it as soon as I opened the bag! It is great quality and does exactly as it says. My dog loves it! Happy customer 😊

Ordered Aug 4 2025. No confirmation yet. No tracking info five days later. Pretty sure I've been scammed. This doesn't look like a Chinese site. Pretty sure it is.) They did a good job pretending to be a small, family-owned business.

Don’t be tempted to buy. The cooling mat I ordered is not of the quality I would have expected at this price and it came direct from China. Would not order again from this site.

I have not received my parcel. No response from customer service email.
Think I have been scammed!
