I wasted almost $3000 on my aligners and they never sent me the night aligners after i finished y 10 week 22 hour aligners, i called them so may times about my problem as it was closing the gap between my front teeth but was creating a gap between my front and side teeth. i contacted them so many times as i was finishing my 10 weeks treatment but they never reached out to me, they were a scam and my $2800 was a waste my teeth are back to how they were as i stopped wearing them because it was creating another gap.

This company is a scam. They make everything difficult in the hopes you will just give up and let them take your money. I am now left with receding gums & a dead tooth with no accountability from them. Do not use them! Most positive reviews are paid for.

Customer service is shocking. When I was In the process of purchasing my aligners my advisor would reply to me almost instantly but since purchasing, I’ve noticed if I message the advisor with any questions regarding treatment they seem to just ignore me and they will only respond once I’ve messaged quite a few times. It’s usually days before I get a response.

So easy to get started & after just 5 weeks I am already noticing a difference! The app is really user friendly - reminding me when to use the Hyperbite & when to change the aligners & on top of this, the initial consultation & whatnot was super simple & not intimidating at all (I did not feel at any point that this could've been a bad decision to get started). The whitening foam has worked wonders & overall I feel like having this routine has created such an improvement in such a short amount of time. I am very much looking forward to seeing the final result!!

The whole process was seamless and achievable. I loved how I could manage my teeth journey all from home - that was one of the biggest things for me with having a busy schedule. I needed the convenience of an at home service I could trust. Within weeks I started to notice my teeth change which gave me the biggest confidence boost.
