Overall not a nice relaxing experience.
Trycure Organics stated my product has been delivered at my door by Royal Mail this morning but there is no delivery to be seen. So far very slow service as I needed this product for last week expecting 3 to 5 days not 11 days or more. I did not realize this product was coming from abroad as it's price was in pounds not dollars. It lseems they lost track of my product I now see their willingness to help me out I decided to increase 2 stars but be aware when you buy a product from them that you are not subscribing monthly. I did not realize it myself just later on from reading a review and then manged to cancel it hopefully. Hope you can find my product soon. Overall not a nice relaxing experience.

We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery, but we want to clarify a few things.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled entirely by Royal Mail since you are in the UK. A lost or missing package is a courier issue, not something within our control. We do not deliver packages ourselves.
You also mention “very slow service,” but your order was placed on October 9th and delivered on October 20th. Excluding weekends, that is only 7 business days. Our estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days, meaning your order arrived at the earliest end of our delivery window.
That said, as soon as you reached out to us, our team responded within 2 hours letting you know that we have opened an investigation with Royal Mail and requested proof of delivery. These investigations take time on the courier’s end. We kindly ask that you allow us at least 24 hours to get a proper update before leaving a review.
We understand the frustration, but we are actively working on resolving this for you. Writing a 1-star review just hours after contacting us, before we have even had the chance to investigate, does not reflect the effort we have already put into helping you and is very unfair to us.
We will follow up with you as soon as we have an update from Royal Mail. If the package is confirmed lost, we will make it right.

The SUBSCRIPTION details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not hidden and are very much in bolded print.
If you tick the SUBSCRIPTION box, you receive 20% off your order and it becomes a recurring subscription. If you leave it unticked, the order remains a one-time purchase at full price with no recurring charges. This is entirely in the customer’s control
We also send every subscribed customer a reminder email 3 days prior to their next charge. SUBSCRIPTIONS can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us.
We have not received a single email from you. We would love to help resolve this for you. We can cancel your SUBSCRIPTION, process a refund, and assist with any returns to get your money back. All we need is for you to reach out to us at support@trycure.org and we will have everything sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Beware you're not unwittingly subscribed to more
Beware - I placed an initial, one-off order. Now, just a couple of weeks later, I have received an email stating a subscription has been sent, costing just under £60. Signing into my account, there is no subscription mentioned anywhere so I am unable to cancel - not that I had agreed to it anyway. I've applied for a refund and cancellation. Will update on response.

Had you selected the one-time purchase option instead, you would have paid full price with no recurring charges.

You also mention that you are unable to cancel and that there is no SUBSCRIPTION mentioned anywhere on your account. This is incorrect. Every customer with an active SUBSCRIPTION can manage and cancel it directly through their account page on our website.
Once you reached out to us, we canceled your SUBSCRIPTION and refunded your money. Your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your statement depending on your bank.

Amazing product
Amazing product. Been using it for about 3 weeks and can see a small difference. I also got an email alerting me of my next upcoming payment as a subscription and clear instructions on whether I wanted to pause, cancel or continue.
I preferred to pause as I still had 2 bottles and it was done immediately and Rachel was wonderful in actioning it promptly and friendly with assurance that my 3 month pause was in effect immediately. Great service. Thank you

I really see an improvement
I really see an improvement! I have been using the Korean Silk Botox serum for three weeks now. I have tried many of the products advertised, but soon learned they did not do as promised. TryCure has been very different. My skin feels softer, and the surprise has been a softening of my crow's feet! It has been simple to add to my routine, feels lovely on my skin, and absorbs quickly rather than just another layer of skin cream. I am 72 years old. I can only imagine what it can do for women younger than myself. I highly recommend it!!
