This place is terrible

This place is terrible. They left me on red so many times. It took over a month 2 different times to get my meds then they sent the wrong strength. This experience was painful. I wasted a lot of money and no refunds.

The program and process is highly recommendable

The program and process is very efficient and convenient. Products arrive and are shipped to directly with little to no delays. The PA was very insightful. All and all a great experience so far

I hate that I am writing this

I hate that I am writing this but they stole $250 from me.
I had paused my treatment due to still having about 2-3 weeks of product left in vial. I reached out asking if I would need to redo my questionnaire as my treatment plan disappeared. They “sent my prescription to pharmacy” without confirming that was what I wanted. I was charged $250 quickly. I said I did not ask for this and I needed to be refunded. They refused saying they cannot cancel or return meds once they go to pharmacy. This all happened within an hour.

XYRYL has been very helpful with…

XYRYL has been very helpful with resolving my issue of receiving the wrong dosage for month 2. I was sent 3 mg instead of the 6 of it was suppose to be increased to. They helped me by escalating the issue and hopefully will be resolved soon.

Did not receive what I paid for

Paid for a one year subscription which was cancelled by Eden part way through. Received a partial refund, but Eden kept some of my money to keep me a captive customer. Continued to bill me even after I terminated the relationship. I still have a credit with them which they won't refund.

I understand how frustrating it must feel to pay for a full year, have it canceled partway through, and then continue to see charges even after you requested to end your service.

You should always receive exactly what you paid for, and any remaining balance or credit should be handled transparently and fairly. I’m especially concerned to hear that you still have a credit that hasn’t been refunded.

I would really like to take a closer look at your account and get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please reach out to me directly at susie@tryeden.com
and I will personally review your billing history, ensure any outstanding credits are addressed, and make sure everything is corrected.
