I saw improvement - my skin is less dry and calmer. But i had issues with my first shipment ( delay and wrong tracking info) it eventually arrived safely, but the wait was stressful. Their product seems good, but the ordering experience could be smoother

However, the shipment to my country took a bit longer than i expected { about 3 weeks}. Once i recieved it, everything was fine, Id recommend them, though faster delivery would make it much better

My order was backordered and I cancelled it and they did refund it. The problem was, then they sent me a brand new order (different order number than the one I returned). I didn't want it and contacted them and they said to write 'return to sender' and return it but they needed to see a receipt. USPS doesn't offer receipts for that type of return so I had to pay $10.50 to return it and be done with it. Won't be buying from them again.
