Just received my fume kit and extra cartridges that cost me $200 and it didn’t even taste like anything! They’re supposed to be a flavor there and you can’t barely even taste it!
Absolute waste of money. Can’t believe I spent this much money on a useless product.

Bullshit company, complete scam.
I ordered extra cores almost 2 months ago now and have never received. Emailed support SEVERAL times and never had a response.
Pay almost £100 for a little wooden pipe, then when it comes to ordering more 'cores', even on their subscription model, you will just get constantly blanked by support and swept under the rug after paying.
Absolutely disgusting service. Do not purchase.

The guarantee is useless and they use weasel words to get out of it. You must send everything back in the original box so the warranty they provide is useless and borders on illegal - the laws state clearly original packaging (note: this does NOT limit to "outer packaging only" like they claim but no original packaging whatsoever. Indeed, the wording of the law states that it is recommended to ensure protection of all items, but it is not *required*)
Anyway onto the device itself.
My son's review: It is awful. The flavours are nasty, the feel is "greasy" or "oily" on the throat and lungs.
There is no "drag" and changing the valve setting at the bottom makes no difference so the it feels like sucking through a normal straw is how he described it.
The urge to not vape did not dissipate at all over the 3 weeks he stuck with it (could not carry on as it was making him feel sick).
It took two weeks to arrive, directly from China, rather than being shipped from anywhere in the UK or EU.
Save your money. Rubbish product. Rubbish experience. Rubbish customer support.
Edit: My parcel absolutely came from China. The tracking showed it. The label showed it. And your response is weasel words - if you *really* cared, you would not block the return but you absolutely take this stance because you know it limits returns. You aren't "considering" anything because you could simply pivot and allow the return.
My experience is that you should avoid this company and their products. Even when you say something isn't working they demand video footage... how you are supposed to video a lack of "draw pressure" is beyond me. More weaseling.

I love this device already
I love this device already. Shipping was amazingly fast too. The crisp mint and cinnamon flavours are lovely, however the orange and vanilla is a little too subtle (but still nice).
I'm incredibly happy with this product and company so far... and have barely vaped since receiving the device.
Product took nearly 2 months to arrive - heavy delay in response
I placed an order as I was hoping to find a healthy alternative to smoking/vaping, I got the starter pack which cost just shy of £100. I receieved an email from the delivery agent explaining the package had been returned to sender due to the shipment being sent with "inproper documentation". I shortly after receieved a "deleivered" email from FUM. I have been attempting to get in contact with them for weeks now and have been ignored.
Edit: it did eventually arrive after 1.5 months and I was appreciative for the contact that was made finally but the lack of the response to my initial contact attempts was very disappointing.

Have waited over 22 days to receive an order of cores. Device broke within two weeks. Bought the starter kit as well as 3 additional cores. Customer support absolutely abysmal. Unfortunate, because I actually enjoy the product. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

no flavour, absolutely useless. may as well just suck my finger. they say flavour may not be as strong as vape but it's seriously non existent. I know it's air but I didn't expect it to be absolutely like sucking air. I could have picked up a free straw from a fast food restaurant and gotten the same benefit and saved $200.

Please read the reviews before investing. As many people have said, the "pitch" is great. Purchase a sophisticated looking device that will help you kick a bad habit. However, as many people have said, the cartridges that they sell are overpriced and taste awful. The catch...no returns after you've experienced it for yourself. They claim for health reasons they cannot accept anything opened which I understand but, how are you supposed to know if you are satisfied without opening the product?? Trust me on this, you're likely better off without spending nearly $200 like we did.

I ordered these to help my girlfriend quit vaping because she knows how much I hate it and after spending $200 and waiting two weeks for it to come in, we used them for three days because they kept making us sick, nauseous, and giving us a constant headache, and there's no way for me to get my money back for something we don't use. $200 down the drain.
My Unfortunate FUM Experience
I placed an order with FÜM under the impression that I was supporting a Canadian company, as their branding, website, and corporate identity are all tied to Canada. However, what I quickly discovered was that fulfillment was actually being done out of the United States, specifically Las Vegas, right in the middle of ongoing tariff and duty concerns between Canada and the U.S. This lack of transparency felt misleading, as there was no indication during checkout that orders would be shipped from outside of Canada.
When I realized this, I attempted to cancel my order immediately. FÜM refused, stating it had already been fulfilled, even though I had raised my concerns before receiving the shipment. Instead, they directed me into a cumbersome returns process. To even qualify for a return, it must be within 30 days, and you are not allowed to open the package at all. In fact, they will require you to send photos proving the package has not been opened before they will even provide a return shipping label.
On top of that, I had to pay an additional return processing fee and use a Canada Post return label to send the item back across the border to the U.S. Be aware: the Canada Post label and service they provide does not allow for tracking, which means you have no visibility or assurance on the status of your package once you hand it over. This adds even more risk and frustration to an already difficult return process.
Customer service was another weak point. Responses were slow, often taking several days, and they clearly do not work weekends. This left long gaps in communication and delayed the resolution even further, adding to the overall frustration.
Even after providing proof that the package was unopened and in perfect condition, they still required multiple steps before issuing the refund. While I did eventually receive it, the overall experience left me very disappointed.
In summary, while I did get my money back, I would caution others: if you are expecting a Canadian-based fulfillment and customer experience, that is not what you will get with FÜM. The lack of transparency around shipping origin, the restrictive return policy (30 days, unopened package with photo proof), the extra costs of returning items to the U.S., the fact that the return label has no tracking, the slow and limited customer service, and the persistence required to see the process through were extremely disappointing.

I would give them zero stars if possible. My elderly, disabled parents purchased their product online, CORRECTLY input all the shipping information only to have it changed to an old address by the third party shipping app it navigated to. They’re $200 worth of merchandise was sent to the wrong address and they were completely unaware of this for over a week when they reached out to the company and found out about the address change. The company told him if they sent another hundred dollars, they could re-ship their merchandise. They’re both on disability and couldn’t really afford the $200 they sent it in the first place. Then after a bit of back-and-forth, they were told they would be receiving a re-shipment at no cost to them by one of their customer service agents only to be followed up with a “never mind, sorry for ya” message (eight hours later) by somebody else. Terrible business ethic and abysmal customer service. You should be ashamed for not making this $200 error right.

Product is not worth the money, nor does it appeal in the way it is marketed. Very deceptive. Also, to not accept returns is ludicrous, how is someone going to know if they will like it or not without opening and trying? Pay for the device to be sanitized upon return, or charge the customer a fee to do so. Pretty simple instead of just saying no you’re best out of 150 bucks. Ridiculous. 1000000% do not recommend. Product SUCKS. Customer service SUCKS EVEN MORE.

Customer service sucks. They take a long time to respond and their policy is shit. Influencers claim “30 day satisfaction” and that’s BS. If you don’t like the product (even if it makes you sick), you’re sh!t out of luck. Once it’s been opened, you can’t return and even if it hasn’t been opened, they expect you to payments the return shipping label fee.
It tastes like cinnamon and spices - no matter the flavor. There’s no “relief” experienced after consuming, so if you’re hoping to quit smoking or vaping, this ain’t it. I now have $200 worth of product I was very excited about and it’s useless.

Read before you order and make sure if you pay for express shipping they aren't backed up because you will not get a refund even though its not your fault
So I ordered this product lastnight for my uncle's birthday I paid for express shipping so it would reach him before or on his birthday. We'll today i receive an email saying there are delays with them getting the product out and delivered on time. So I asked if I could get a refund for express shipping amd they told me no that they aren't able to do that mind you the order said unfulfilled . So the I ask for a refund and they to me NO because my order is in processing now which is wired because I just checked it amd its a good thing I took a screen shot before they changed it to processing. I would read the fine print and make sure you ask how busy or backed up they are if your looking to save money and time. If your company is running behind and you know you cannot get orders put on time you should not have the express shipping option available. Also I could not use my discount code neither even though the order wasn't processed they said it was to late. It would be one thing if they were willing to make things right or let me cancel my order but all im getting is a bunch of of empty apologies for their mess up.

FUM refuses to refund my order…
FUM refuses to refund my order because it's processing (A common predatory tactic in hopes the customer won't return to sender or ship the order back out of their own pocket so they (FUM) can keep the money)
Note: The order hasn't been shipped, today is Sunday (So they can't ship) and it has been late Friday since an order was placed, so they have no reason to refuse this request.
I'd advise others to avoid this business and look for others that provide more ethical and customer friendly policies.
Also note: You can report them to Shop/Shopify and any payment processors you might have used to bring the issue to light.
Edit: They finally refunded after enough pressure.

Have used Fum for two years
Have used dum for two years. It helped me cut down on smoking…then eventually after a year, I quit. I still use the Fum when driving or flying. I fiddle with it when focusing. Really love it. Also, the lemon raspberry cores go well with red wine fyi.
