Fairly good experience

Hi, I noticed that the reviews are not so well about this insurance, so I decided to tell my story, well my boyfriend's actually.
We have bought a Samsung mobile phone on December 2012 in one of Elgiganten shops and took the insurance for 2 years. Half a year later my boyfriend dropped from the pocket and drove over the phone accidentally.
We contacted tryghedsaftale.dk and actually had a very friendly and informative conversation with some lady. She took all the information and told us to go to nearest Elgiganten, where they took the damaged phone. Within a week he had a new one as the old one was irreparable. Very quick I have to say.
The reason why I gave only 4 stars, because some male consultant or whatever, called me just before sending out the phone and told that I have to buy new insurance for the new phone, which is reasonable. But the odd thing was that he was convincing me with paying for the new insurance here and now, he wanted me to tell my card info over the phone for him! And that convincing! First I was told that there is no other way to get the insurance only this. I was working at the moment, so I quickly told him just straight that I am not paying now. So I was offered to have a call later. Which I did not agree as well, then finally I was told that I could also go to nearest Elgiganten with the new phone still packed and get the insurance.. That was strange and unpleasant conversation.
Also we received the phone in different color and design (the old one had the pattern on the back which was a good prevention from scratches and the new one was just simple so got scratched the first day). Which we did not complain about, as it is fairly minor thing.
We also have this insurance for our camera which was much more expensive than this phone, hopefully we will not have to use it. :)
In conclusion quite good experience with little irritation.
Hope I could help somebody to decide to choose this company or not.
