Ligeglad med markedsføringsloven

Jeg har modtaget uomdelt, uadresseret reklame fra dette massagefirma i min postkasse, på trods af et meget synligt "Reklamer Nej Tak"-skilt og tilmelding til ordningen.

"Vi er jo bare en lille, lokal virksomhed, så de gængse regler i markedsføringsloven gælder nok ikke for os." Men jo, det gør de.

Det er utrolig respektløst over for folks private valg og direkte ulovligt. Hvis man ikke engang kan finde ud af at respektere et simpelt skilt på en postkasse, mister jeg desværre fuldstændig tilliden til, hvordan resten af forretningen bliver drevet. Professionel markedsføring kræver, at man overholder loven, uanset størrelsen på ens virksomhed.
