Second run, this one for my wife mainly, we just don't have enough time to play other than maybe a weekend here or there, they are very prompt, courteous, professional, and quick. Good prices too.
Each raid told me what they wanted us to do without question.
I will definitely think of them again for future events or even past ones I may not have time for.

Outstanding group of ppl who were very professional!! No jerking/joking around and was by far the best run I have had on WoW. Have since gotten multiple runs and for one I had to step away because of 4 month old baby and they worked with Me and pulled Me in for a finish on a later raid!!
