AVOID. Your legs will be cut to shreds
I never write reviews, nor do I complain or write to customer service."No cut design" is a complete and utter lie. It cut both my legs to shreds. I now dread having a shower as I know I'll have to waste my evening tending to my bleeding legs. I do not have time for this, nor should I have to live my life like this. I was putting so little pressure on it, I used loads of shaving foam and while it didn't utterly decimate my legs like the first time, it still bled a lot and it took me double the amount of time it usually would for my shower as I was desperately trying to stop my legs from bleeding, and even when I eventually did manage to stop them bleeding, a little while later they would randomly bleed again. I'm not just talking about small nicks, some are bad cuts where the blood drips down your leg onto the floor and makes such a mess. They'll only offer a 20% refund, such a waste of money. I understand as they won't return used razors I won't get a full refund, but only £7 back when their product has done a decent amount of damage to me?? If it is the blades they provide, then this is still on them, as surely you'd want to provide your customers with a positive experience from day 1, rather than making them spend even more money trying out different razors. All I got when I emailed to complain was "use lotion or cream". I did, lots of shaving cream, and it did not work. If it did, I would not be complaining. AVOID. Absolutely disgraceful.
