Have Had insomnia for 60 years relying on medication. Now use Zopiclone with good results but am concerned about side effects so decided to try Lunavelle with no good results at all at this stage .

I have only started using it in the patches two days ago.
I have only started using it in the last few days and I expect it to take me a week or so to notice any differences. I have had a terrible sleep pattern for many years and as I get a bit older it is letting me know. I get tired during the day and can nod off if sitting around relaxing. Even though I am retired, I try to keep active and do things around the house or help others. I have to be active or I get bored.

Need further use to make a better decision
I just received the sleep patches and only have worn the for two nights. Second night I had 6.5 ho sleep straight through. I need to continue using them for a better indication of quality sleep.

Good sleep is so precious
I like the feel of the soft little patches. The effect has not been strong so far and may be that I'm expecting to sleep better, so I do. However, coupled with other strategies, cool dark room, this week sleep has been pretty good. Hope it continues to improve.

Order arrived quickly which was great as I’ve been anxious to try these patches. So far so good as I suffer terrible insomnia since the passing of 15 family members in 4 years. Sleep has been impossible as in those 15 members, they included my parents and my husband. I have a lot of hope for these patches. Will keep you posted!
