I have difficulty sleeping throughout the night. I sometimes wake several times throughout the night and then have difficulty getting back to sleep. So far so good! I slept through the night for the first time in a while.
The timed release formula allowed me to sleep through the night for the first time in a long time. It was amazing. I’ll keep using these patches on my wrist for as long as they are available. And no grogginess the next morning either. Great product.

Just 2 nights use of the Lunavelle Sleep
