If I could give a 0 I would.
Bought the giant plush beanbag only to receive a small, poorly made empty bag that it no longer than a ruler stick. Contacted them stating that I got the wrong package just for them to state I would have to pay the return shipping, where they would then deem if the product is WORTH giving me back my money. They also tried to charge me $30 for a “membership”. Membership for what tf? They have 3 items on their website.
COMPLETE SCAM
Complete scam company. They try to charge you $30 monthly just for buying a $1 lighter which you never receive. Have seen multiple people on tiktok saying as much, luckily I looked them up before purchasing. Read their terms and conditions if you need more proof. Some choice extracts:
“By placing an order with us you are given instant access to our membership portal at trylushlashes.com. You can access this portal for free for 30 days. After 30 days you will be billed $29.95 to continue your access and will continue to be billed every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.”
“Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.”
“We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.”
