I was kept informed about my delivery throughout the process. I have placed a second order as the product is very good and I am pleased with my purchase.

Nice lightweight coat just like the picture. It arrived rather creased but otherwise okay although it did take 3 weeks to come.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I emailed a query regarding a product I was considering purchasing and wanted more information. I had an email back within minutes with a comprehensive reply including some suggestions on how to display the product. I replied back and again I received another quick reply back with more information on the product. I was so impressed with their customer service that I bought the product anyway. I would definitely use this company again.
