The problem is with ordering from facebook everyone knows that you can’t order anything from them on facebook you need to check them out on trust pilot to see if they are a scam first before you order and then open it up on your browser before you order.
I ordered three zappers. Two work beautifully, but the third died of unknown causes. I’m trying to replace the one, but am having a hard time finding an email address to complain to. I’m hoping this does the trick
I ordered just one mozzgaurd but they charged me for the one and then 3 more I’ve tried to contact customer support but I’ve still haven’t found them so now I don’t know what to do I can’t afford to pay for 4 of them

Do not buy. This company is terrible. They have continued to charge me without responding to any emails or authorization from me. They delivered my product to the wrong address and refused to make it right or even communicate with me.

Wanted to do some research before buying. Couldn’t help but notice an absence of replies from the company on most of the negative reviews. And one person said 2 of the 3 units they initially received were faulty, and still gave them 5 stars! I don’t care if they got them replaced, this demonstrates poor quality control. Many comments regarding getting overcharged or not receiving timely refunds, having to call banks to dispute charges, etc. That’s a PITA for the customer, and a true sign that this company shouldn’t be trusted. As the saying goes, when someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time. I won’t be taking my chances on this one.
Damn scammers. Tried to purchase one order of 3 units and it kept transferring me to another portion of their website. Each time I tried to checkout same poop. Called my card company and there was 7 different charges for different dollar amounts. Now they are all cancelled! Scammers!
I wanted to purchase the Mozz Guard X 3 but the website refused 3 of my credit cards, which I use frequently and are in good standing! Then I got an unknown charge and international charge fee on my CC from a company called "Probability UK" with a sequence number that couldn't be identified. I do not think this product comes from the UK. Is this the manufacturer used and my credit card went through anyway???
I placed an order for the "special" price for 3 items for $38.99 but during the checkout process, it prompted me to save more, last chance to add more items for less, I received a fraud alert from my bank before completing the sale on the site. The alert was for a much larger amount ($108.98) with the name Performance Brand, far different than their names and many aliases MozzGaurd, OzziMozzie, and Mosquito Trap. So as suggested I had my card cancelled. Major inconvenience! I have contacted them via email, website inquiry form, on Facebook and Instagram and I get told to wait 72 hours. I received an email from Ozzimozzie after speaking to the bank (10 minutes after the fraud alert) stating my order went through for $108.98. I want a refund and DO NOT want the gimmick product. I want my order canceled and a resolution.
Ozzi Mozzie had a scam type feeling when I went through the checkout. I wasn’t able to go back to cancel my order while going, so I immediately contacted them to request a cancellation of the order. On their site is says to contact them within 1 hour of the order to request cancellation and a refund, and I was well within the time limit. Two days later, I get a message that my order has shipped. They ignored my cancellation request and still have not gotten back to me about my order. I’m assuming they are hoping I don’t go through with the return process and am just out the money, and that’s why they shipped it. Do not order from them, the whole thing screams scam.
UPDATE: I reported Ozzi Mozzie to my credit card company. They charged my single purchase as a RECURRING PAYMENT. They finally contacted me after my credit card company started trying to get the funds back, saying my order is in transit so it can’t be cancelled. The tracking number doesn’t work, and I truly don’t believe they ever shipped anything. I will continue fighting for my refund.
I clicked on ordering one to pay with Pay Pal but changed my mind to use my debit card. The message stated invalid card. when my husband checked the bank statement, it said that he deducted $124 for three because that was the default setting. We called the
bank to dispute the charge.
Beware of satisfaction guarantee scam.
I purchased the mozz guard from ozzi home back at the end of September, and tried to return on October 3rd since the product is not effective at all.
I paid almost $80 for the items and they tried to offer me 30% refund on October 9th. Then after saying no, I want to return the items, they offered me 50% refund on the 10th. I want to return the items, they are asking me to keep their junk and only provide half back.
Their policy states:

After months and months and months of correspondence going back and forth (order was placed over 6 months ago) I have finally been refunded. I have no idea of the quality of the product but at least one staff member has stamina and patience!

I had the unfortunate experience of receiving two of my three units that were faulty. Mozzguard asked a few questions and then were satisfied that they were indeed not charging, sent me replacements at no charge. I now have three units protecting me from mosquitoes and noseeums. No more bites in the night. Great little product and very portable.

Ok, here we go.
I recently purchased the MOZZGUARD against my better judgement thinking it was some cheap Chinese ripoff. Lo and behold the product arrived inadequately packaged in a flimsy bubble wrap envelope, the boxes were crumpled and I had little faith the product was safe. However unpackaged them and was shocked at the small stature of the zapper. So I charged them up and put them in place for their first night's trial, well bugger me if they were not full of the dreaded Mozzies, So egg on my face, this product works and works well.

I had been seeing lots of ads for mosquito fighting devices. We have a major issue here in Oregon with mosquitos, and they love me. They were making my morning and evening life miserable on our patio. I finally decided to give Mozzguard a try. I really took the plunge and ordered three units. The communication on when they would ship and be received was top notch. Once I got the units I plugged one in, easy to charge and gave it a try. I was honestly amazed how well it worked. I did plug in the other two units and left one in my bedroom at night. I suspected that the little mosquitos were also biting me in the house. Much to my amazement, no more night bites in the house, and a lot of little buggers killed by the little, quiet, attractive mozzguard unit. Glad I took the chance, and glad to have these protecting me.

Excellent customer service response when I over ordered & money returned promptly. I am a mosquito/ midge magnet but had zero bites when I used the Mozz Guard device. No repellent either. One eve for 20 mins it wasn’t turned on & I was the main meal once again. The device worked so well (when switched on properly) that I did think they’d relocated. A must have any location accessory for those who are susceptible

I love to be outdoors and I purchased the Moss Guard device as a 'leap of faith' that I hoped would resolve the issue of mosquitoes. I was impressed at how effect this device was when I went camping for 9 days. In the first night, I hung up the device in my tent and had a great sleep. I checked the device and it killed 5 mosquitoes. That's 5 mosquitoes that would have irritated me at night. The Moss Guard device is easy to use, can be charged by USB, and it's design perfectly fits into any setting because it's light and small. The results speaks for itself. The Moss Guard is worth the purchasing and I have already ordered another. I live in Northern Canada where mosquitoes are abundant.
