I purchased 4 Orivelle pens and an additional 3 in a special offer. After two weeks I was sent a photo of the pacel placed on the general post office boxes of my building that has direct access from a public road and I immediately went over to collect it. The parcel was nowhere to be found so I contacted the company via e-mail a number of times but did not receive a reply. I again recently contacted them again and received a reply that there was nothing they could do because more than 30 days had passed. I mentioned that I had notified them on numerous occasions during the 30 days and received no response from them. They said there was nothing they could do.
This company is bordering on scam and I stongly recommend that others don't make the same mistake in buying from this company

Ordering was very confusing. I ordered one and I noticed it had registered more than I had requested. I contacted and cancelled as I thought it was a ploy to keep repeating and taking money from my bank account. I threatened to contact Nationwide and they said no need for that and would rectify. I received the product but haven't used it yet.

Hi all.
BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Within a few minutes I realised that I had unintentionally purchased 2 additional products which put me an extra €105.91 out of pocket.
Within 30 mins I e-mailed requesting to cancel these 2 additional products.
I got a reply 6 hours later informing me it was too late to cancel and would have to return them once they were delivered to me if I wanted a refund.
I felt that the ordering process on the website is designed to trick customers into ordering more products than they intend to.
Researching previous reviews, it looks like I’m not the first person to experience this issue!
I just wish I looked at the reviews first!
I want to spread this issue further, so others don’t get stung!
Looks like orivelle have the same generic response to every negative review and don’t actually do anything about it!

Don't know about the product. Good or bad. It's a toss of the coin if yes or no . That's reality..
It's the under handed company that I find real shitty. Their order form is so convoluted they steel your money . Got a 3 + 3 deal.. trying to pay and get rid of all the buy more bull clicked on 2. Try and get a credit. Real shitty shitters they are.
Maybe the best product out. But with their BULL. GO TO THE LOCAL CHEMIST OR LOOK AT EBAY.

So far so Good , within a few days I started actually seeing the results and tbh I will definitely recommend this to others , I’ve tried different types and brands of products but they all failed except for this one 100 perfect results and I’ve only had it for 5 days

I did not receive my order for nearly a month.
They messed about, stating things like address issues.
My home address is very clear on my Paypal account.
Orivelle, has very poor customer service. The order processing team do not understand plain English...
After over 25 emails from them, I cancelled my order, but they stated they would still send it anyway and asked me to remove my review...

Thought that I'd made a one time purchase from this company, only to find 28 days later that I had been unknowingly subscribed. Currently trying to cancel the subscription.
