SCAM ALERT – Unauthorized Charges with No Warning
I never received any prior notification about being enrolled in a subscription or that another charge was coming. It’s incredibly dishonest to process a recurring payment without clear, explicit consent from the customer. This kind of practice is intentionally deceptive and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
When I reached out, the company refused to issue a full refund, claiming the order was already processed - even though I contacted them on the same day the charge occurred. This is unacceptable and speaks volumes about how they treat their customers.
be VERY careful. If you think you’re making a one-time purchase, you may end up locked into a subscription and billed again without warning. Avoid this company.
To make matters worse, the product itself is nothing special. It’s the same kind of product you could buy at any drugstore for a fraction of the price .. there is absolutely nothing unique or premium

The product does what it says and my feet peeled just like promised. They feel much softer now. My only problem was the delivery took way longer than I expected. If it had arrived on time, this would be an easy 5 stars. Hoping they can speed up shipping next time.
