I have been trying to cancel no one answers their phone. They ignore emails, and so far, they charge me $360 with no response from no one i have also refused the packaging and headed sent back stay away from these people be prepared to take legal action.

Let's start with the fact that I NEVER ordered a subscription for the product. The product is your Moringa Capsules
Never even knew I had one until I got notified that Rosabella had processed my payment. SAY WHAT?
So I go to their website, and look up my account, and surer than God made little green apples, it shows me with a subscription and a new order number. And before you say you can't find my order, I am going to help you out. The NEW Order number is 2361915. Or it could also be this one from your website: 16646C8091
Finally, I had to stop using the product because I was getting chronic diarrhea while using it.
I figured at first it was one of my other meds, but then today I did a little more research and found out that my bottles of product , by their lot numbers and expiration date are on the FDA recall list:
For Salmonella contamination.
AND YOUR COMPANY NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF THIS LITTLE PROBLEM!
I have since disposed of the bottles after discovering this.
Now the other problem is that no seems to care, nor bother answering e-mails. I never even got a confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled, which would have been the correct thing to do.
I also received an email today that the order has been shipped, but I cannot track it since it goes through SHOP and I have had many problems with them in the past and will not give them my information.
I want a FULL refund of this un-ordered product and proof that the subscription has been cancelled. If you want the product back after it arrives, then you need to send me a prepaid return shipping label. I will NOT pay to return something I never ordered.
Please make this refund happen ASAP to my original method of payment and don't even think of offering me a discounted refund. That will not fly.

I was asked to rate the Rosabella product but I had not taken it long enough to be able to make such a starement. I wrote them, that at a later date I would be glad to do so. Nicel was very kind and understanding, and said he appreciated my honesty. I believe this company cares deeply about their customers and wants to help them get great results from their Rosabella product. That means a lot, to buy from someone who cares about the results their customers get from this product. If after your purchase you have a question or concern, they are there for you, and stand behind their product, i saw that first hand.

The website offered more specials and I declined but had already filled out the payment information. It stated my order was not complete so I exited out of the app.
When I received an email thanking me for my purchase, I immediately responded to cancel the order and subscription.
The order was delivered and after a conversation with customer service, a refund was promptly received. Thank you Rosabella!
