2nd update in response to their request for more info...: the original was "Order #1871467". The second, unauthorized shipment has the subject "A shipment from order #2347053 is on the way".
Update: I have heard back from their customer service about my email disputing the recurring 'subscription' charge, which they said they've cancelled and sent me a screen shot to confirm. At this time, the second shipment (and associated billing) seems to be something I'll have to continue working to get reversed...
Filled my original order promptly.
Unfortunately, after 60 days, they sent me a notice 'wow! thank you for another order!'
However, I did not place such an order or authorize a recurring charge or shipment.
Calling the phone number from the original order (notably, the second, new charge on my credit card doesn't include the phone number) and charge on my credit card, I only get a message to email any concerns I have to their 'help@try...'. I've done so and have not heard back yet.
And my credit card (Discover, which is now merged with Capital One) says I must get the charge reversed by the merchant!

If I could give them a minus score I would. Rosabella is an awful company. Don't believe the money back guarantee. I bought something from them. They scammed more money from me, saying it was a 'glitch' with their system, also charged me for expedited postage of £9.95 when I had cancelled that.
Then when I wanted to get a refund, they only offered a 30% of my money back and keep the product or send back paying the return postage myself and only accepting unopened bottles - how are supposed to find out if the products work if you don't open the bottle to try it? Then to top it all, the product was recalled anyway, which made me very wary of using it. This company are scammers!!
