Since the day I placed the order…

Since the day I placed the order (February 20/23), the tracking status has remained exactly the same: “Info Received.” There have been no real updates or evidence that the package has actually been shipped. Today is March 11, which means it has been more than 22 days since my order was placed. Repeated explanations without any tracking movement are not acceptable. be advised that I have already notified my bank about this transaction. I have reported that if this package is not delivered soon, I will request a chargeback to recover my payment.
