Customer service was great and replaced my defective product quickly with great instructions for returning the defective piece.

My order was despatched quickly and arrived within promised timescales. The packaging feels very premium. The toothbrush is easy to hold and feels nice in the hand. It comes with case, which isn't bulky, and charging lead together with helpful instructions. 'Brushing' feels slightly different but once you get used to the different sensation it's fine. There are helpful videos to guide a different 'brushing' technique. Three weeks in and I really like it, the charge lasts a long time - I havent had to recharge it yet! I took advantage of the discounted subscription for replacement heads - and I like the fact the old heads are recyclable. All in all I'm delighted with the product.

The customer service at suri is up there with the best. A breath of fresh air and a rarity in today's world. Their commitment to responsibility for the lifecycle of their product is second to none in our disposable world.

Really pleased with my Suri. Teeth feel really clean. I’m on holiday at the moment and the cleaning travel case is great. I don’t normally bring an electric tooth brush on holiday as they get so messy so it’s nice to be able to clean my teeth properly while I’m away.

I can confidently say this is the best electric toothbrush I’ve ever used! It’s incredibly lightweight, comfortable to hold, and the bristles are perfectly soft yet effective. The pressure sensor is fantastic and clearly alerts you when brushing too hard. I’m extremely happy with SURI and highly recommend it!
