absolutely appalling customer service, refusing to acknowledge my request for a refund, I ordered on the 30th of November. expecting my order to be with my within 14- 21 days as delivery states, then to be told I will not receive it until the 27th! far too late for Christmas present. I ordered after seeing Chloe Ferry advertise it, cant believe anyone would support such an awful brand! Please don't waste your time or money on this, plenty of other places you can find the same thing.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 2 of these on the 10th November and they still haven’t arrived. So cross at myself as I usually check reviews before buying and the one time I don’t, turns out to be a terrible supplier. I have sent numerous emails and do receive replies, but they are so generic they don’t mean anything. I have tried to cancel the purchase, but had my request ignored.
I’ve now just checked on their returns policy as the date I needed them for has come and gone and they make returns so complicated and expensive you just won’t bother.

I’ve had exactly the same experience as everyone else, convinced it was a scam - poor communication, delivery date came and went and the tracking number was not correct, but this is not a scam - the item finally arrived after five weeks!
Not worth the money or hassle.
I ordered 5 of these hoodies on 10th November 2020, and after constant emails to the company chasing my orders, requested refunds and them rejecting my request i have now finally received 4 of my items. These were delivered with Hermes, however, the 5th item which they 'dispatched' to Royal Mail on 01st Dec is still pending. 3 of the 4 hoodies I received are ok, however, the 4th (Grey one) isn't the greatest quality. Honestly, DO NOT buy from this company. It's really not worth the hassle... you'd think they would try and salvage their company's reputation, and respond to the reviews on here with honest replies.
I ordered two more from Amazon before these items turned up and they came next day delivery, through a different company, I'd recommend you go elsewhere for yours too!

Genuinely pathetic company.
It is my own fault for ordering so hastily when seeing the Ad on Instagram and not checking the reviews.
However, don’t even bother, been waiting for 6 weeks and just get generic emails about stock shortage, well you shouldn’t be still selling the product, if you had stock shortage.
The reason it is taking so long is that it will be getting manufactured for super cheap somewhere around the world, if I’d had known it was outside of the UK I definitely wouldn’t have bothered.

Ordered 2 of these oversized jumpers over a month ago still haven't arrived they are Christmas presents so I am absolutely raging fuming - wrong tracking details and no one replies to your emails shocking customer service absolute cowboys they take your money and run something should be done to shut these people down. Ordered 2 hoodies on 5th November arrived on 14th December. I did email them twice and I got prompt replies. Happy with the quality of the items just wish they had said when ordering that delivery would be over 5 weeks as I was worried that it was a scam site & they would not arrive.

Finally received after 3 weeks.
Finally received. Ordered 19/11. Arrived today!! Quality is okay, thick and warm but not finished off well. Quite a few untidy edges and hems. Doesn’t look like it has been made professionally but I’m sure my daughter won’t mind!

Not happy at all. Ordered 2 on Nov 11th and yet to receive. No reply to emails whatsoever, communication is non existent now after being fobbed off with the generic COVID email.
So pretty much the same experience as everyone else’s review here and live in the hope that they may turn up one day......I also think companies that allow them to use their platform to advertise should be held accountable too. Instagram 😡

Ordered 12 november, still waiting it's 13 december, very poor customer services, I've had 5 emails all on a script basis as saying the same, 1at sorry out of stock but your order will be shipped soon, next week 2nd email it's being shipped toda,3rd here's the tracking number which means nothing as Hermes days still waiting for item from sender, 4th very sorry been shipped you will get in time for christmas, 5th email this morning......please to tell you it's arriving 27th december.....joke....do not buy, should of been upfront of where product was coming from WARNING do not use this company
