Yet someone else who didn't read the…

Yet someone else who didn't read the reviews before purchasing. Bought in early November and still nothing has arrived. Genuinely annoyed with myself for not realising and not searching for reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid avoid avoid ordered 6 weeks ago and still nothing. Emailed back and forth got nowhere. Still took the cost of the order out of my bank twice!! and i requested a refund and now there ignoring me. Scam alert scam alert!!!! These are Very horrible vile people!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM

Ordered well over a month ago. Still not arrived. They do get back to you by email but fob you off with 'due to COVID ...' nonsense.

They make you think they are a reputable company with all of the snazzy ads on social media. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Do NOT use this company

I was told on 10/11/20 that the top I had ordered had been shipped and was due by 23/11. I am still waiting for it to arrive. I contacted Sweety and they said there had been a production problem - they hadn't told me about this. I was then told it had been dispatched, now on 8/12, I am still waiting. Their customer services aren't interested, they say it has been sent, I really don't believe them. Avoid like the plague.

Wouldn't recommend - Go on AMAZON

Ordered over 1 month ago and still no parcel. It actually took an email from me chasing them after 3 weeks for them to acknowledge my order and for me to receive 'your item has been shipped'. Followed up with emails since and they have been ignored.

****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY****Awful, terrible, avoid at all costs. Did not realise that this was from China or wouldn’t have got involved. Ordered on 6th November and still waiting. Been emailing constantly asking for a refund and they basically refuse to refund. The standard of English in the emails is very poor so communicating with them is difficult. They take days to reply to emails too. The tracking number provided doesn’t work. I’m going to ring credit card company up to see if I can get the money back that way.**** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.****

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered the product which as far as I was aware was in stock at the time of order.
Chased after 2 weeks and was advised that I was made aware there were currently delays due to covid and the order was being processed for shipment. 2 weeks later still nothing. Now decide to request a refund and cancel the order

I’d take Mira Hindley with a sewing machine over these jokers.

Sadly I am another punter who didn’t read the reviews on this terrible company. Over a month since placing the order and nothing to show for it. Looks like I’ll be receiving a pretty garbage product too. All the positive reviews on their website look like utter lies and I would urge ANYONE to avoid these shysters and order from someone else. Anyone else. Hell, I’d take Mira Hindley with a sewing machine over these jokers.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. 6 weeks to get the package delivered, 3 weeks before it actually was shipped from point of order.

Got sorted elsewhere and currently trying to return the product and my God, it be easier breaking into the Whitehouse at this rate.

Terrible service, terrible product, please do not waste your money on this. 24/7 support does not exist.

When it says 8 remaining thats also a lie to get you to panic buy, dont be lured in by this.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star! What a joke on a company ordered nearly 2 months ago now and still nothing don’t even email you back about the order just send you loads on email of marketing! Do not use this website!

AVOID!!!!!

I would avoid this company at all costs. I ordered two of the grey hoodies so I would have expected them to have been the same- silly me.... one of them is okay, fairly decent quality but covered in thread pulls, the other is a different shade of grey, much thinner than the other and just looks awful. They aren’t even the same size.

I waited a month for them to arrive for them to be utter rubbish. They were supposed to be Christmas presents but I would be too embarrassed to give them to anyone.

I think the moral of the story is if you want to take the risk you might be lucky and get one of the better quality hoodies but expect to be disappointed if you aren’t one of the lucky ones. I am currently awaiting a response from the company in regards to getting a refund.

Please be patient

Please be patient. I waited almost 5 weeks but my delivery arrived today. If your tracking number doesn’t work try Hermes, mine was delivered by them once the parcel has arrived in the UK.

Order arrived today

Order arrived today, via Hermes delivery. Like most people I’ve waited over a month for them to arrive with tracking number not being correct. I did contact them but no response, luckily they have turned up. Would say the material is not as thick as I’d hoped, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Would not be happy if I’d paid full price

Arrived but not courier service quoted!

Ordered on 3rd November and has just arrived today, was asking for tracking info and found once it arrived that the delivery was actually through Hermes and not Whistl!

Put my tracking number in Hermes system and it came up with all the tracking info

Took a long time to get to me and after using Consumer Rights Act in emails and potential legal action not sure if these were the kick they needed to get it out!

If you've ordered I'd recommend looking to see if it's being shipped through Hermes or other carriers that you might think of! Always worth a shot!

Patience needed.

Ordered 1st week of November. And it arrived today. If you’ve ordered or are planning to, give them time and don’t just jump on the I’ve been scammed bandwagon.

It’s worth the wait though in my experience.
