While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Terrible experience with support

Terrible experience with support. Not providing any phone support is a major mistake when complexities are involved. This is a company that claims that everything is plug and play but to charge $499 USD per month for the experience of waiting 48 hours for drip-fed, emailed support is extremely inefficient and frankly infuriating. I don't have anything positive to report at this stage, but I hope they can pull their finger out and change my mind.

Bad medical device integration

Terra offers very limited integration with medical devices. While the fundamentals are acceptable, it falls short when it comes to effectively handling and using medical data, making it a weak alternative in practice.

Helped us scale to 50+ cities

Great support by the team. We have been using Terra from a few months and the integrations have helped us scale to 50 different cities and 20 different wearable types.

Developing the same would require months of rigorous effort. Hope to keep working with Terra
