Customer service will not respond
Customer service will not respond, a free trial is a lie, canceling your membership is the hardest thing on planet earth, and to top it off you get a subscription and don't even see all the products. Absolutely horrible product that doesn't deserve your hard-earned money.

SCAMMERS
After using the service for a month & spending hundreds of dollars in ad money, I was unsuccessful at my attempts at creating a profitable dropshipping store. That said, I wanted to cancel my subscription with ViralVault, but they have no place on their site with the option for members to view their billing info or cancel their membership. Once I was charged for my second month (with no prior notice or way of seeing my next billing date), I asked for a refund and a cancellation. They promptly denied my refund by sending a subjective “refund policy” in which they make a biased judgement on whether or not you “tried” the program to their liking. Never seen anything like it.

SCAMMERS! DON’T TRUST THESE GUYS! They take your money ($1000.00) and don’t deliver the service you paid for!
So I paid $1000.00 AUD to these guys to build my e-commerce store as I was a fan of Jordan’s YouTube channel. At the time I thought it was great, get the professionals to build it for you and it’s delivered in 14days… perfect! But that’s not what has happened. I have been waiting since the start of May 21 (it’s now September) and they still haven’t delivered my final product.
They originally offered me 50% off the first time I complained on July 21 (I tried to get a full refund) which I accepted out of frustration but I’m still waiting for it! They now no longer return emails and I’m stuck with an unfinished e-commerce store and now have to pay someone else to fix it!
These guys are scammers! Please don’t make the same mistake I did and trust them with your money!
Edit: I have now received my refund but they STILL haven’t finished my store like they promised to do! Don’t trust a word ROBERT HAYES tells you! He is a scammer!
