Unfair ordering practices at Vizoya

I wish that I had looked online for reviews of Vizoya before ordering their product. I ordered the BCP-157X for a lady who needed help with ordering. FIrst, it took almost three weeks to arrive. I checked the tracking, and it said it was coming from China. When the product arrived, the package said it was from Korea Post, and part of the packaging looked different from their online picture of the product. I called Vizoya, and the woman said that the product is formulated in the US and manufactured in China. I wondered why they don't a warehouse of their products here instead of sending them from China or Korea??

The part that really upset me is that I noticed yesterday that I was charged $53.24 for another month's supply! I called, and the rep said that this is because I have a subscription for the product. I never recalled clicking a box to subscribe! So, I went online as if I was ordering, and the only place that explained that I was a part of their "Rewards" program and would be charged montly was in a section called "Order Summary," and you have to click on that arrow to see this. Who knows? Maybe this was also at the checkout page, but all I wanted to do was order the product once - and that's it. The rep is refunding my money (5-10 business days). I'm going to keep my eye on my account to see that I'm refunded!

I called and spoke with the same woman today, and she said that an email was sent explaining that I had 30 days to cancel. I obviously didn't see/open that email. I emailed the company and complained that customers should be given an option to order once or join a monthly membership. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this company again.

Potential Customers Beware!

I started taking the methylene blue at the beginning of summer. After a few days of using it I began feeling dizzy and weak out in the heat. I am 65 years old and have always worked outside, even in the summer heat but never felt like this. It has been several months since I quit taking it and it has cooled off but I still feel the same. I hope that I haven’t caused permanent damage from ingesting this product. I have no proof to link this product with my ailment. Also, like other testimonies, I was charged $49. for membership to their rewards program (which is useless). My credit card through Barclays recovered my fees and issued me another card with a different account number so that Vizoya couldn’t victimize me further. The bank card representative all but said “We are aware of Vizoya’s tactics”. Also, the reviews on their website are so obviously fraudulent if you look at 25 or more of them.

Purchased their BPC 157 and sent from China. The label on bottle didn’t indicate its BPC 157 and the ingredients listed on label doesn’t coincide with the actual amino acids that makes up BPC-157. Also they’ll stick you with 49.99 monthly membership to be part of the Vizoya community when you purchase their products.

I did take their product and it did nothing for me. Subsequently I bought BPC injectibles and they worked overnight.

Hidden charges

I made a ONE TIME order in May 2025. The order took exceedingly long to receive (3.5 weeks!). The product, Methylene Blue 1%, did actually seem to perform as claimed. HOWEVER, my credit card was charged $49.99 for a "membership fee" in both June and July. $100 for NOTHING and that I did not sign up for. When I saw the charges and attempted to "easily cancel with one click", I got an error message that I didn't have the correct "order ID" to log in. After FINALLY locating the phone number and getting thru to an extremely rude associate, I found that the"order ID" is different from the "order #" and you must call to get it. When I explained that I did not sign up for the "Membership" and that I felt it was very misleading to automatically sign people up for a recurring monthly charge without them knowing, she became incredibly rude and proceeded to argue with me about how "there is an entire page telling you about the membership". This associate told me that she would cancel the last charge as a courtesy, but refused to provide me with any sort of confirmation number. She repeatedly stated, "I have sent you an email and if you don't get it and you don't trust me, you can call your bank". Shockingly, I never received an email and I'm still waiting for the refund. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! There products do not work. They automatically sign you up for recurring purchases. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. They offered me a 40% refund until I threatened to involve American Express.

They keep on charging your account every month

After my initial order of $69.99 in June 2025, which I did receive, I was charged an additional $49.99 for June, another $49.99 in July 2025, and another $49.99 in
August 2025 and received no other products from them. We called them and they said we agreed to a "membership" which of course we were not aware of. They said they would send an email with a way to cancel and supposedly gave a refund of $49.99. We received the email and it says the refund will come to us in up to 10 days. If you ask me -- they should have refunded $49.99 two more times since we received absolutely nothing for these charges either and did not agree to this "membership". This company is scamming people!!!

Gradual Improvement

So far, the Plaque X I bought seems to be helping gradually remove biofilm. I have been struggling with parasites for almost 8 years, and my body tends to create extra scar tissue. I am hopeful that, with enough time, the Plaque X will clear my system.

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness, where do I start? I went through Amazon and bought BPC 157 and I believe that I purchased either two or three bottles of the stuff. I inadvertently signed up for a subscription for the stuff, or I though that I did. What I actually signed up for (at least what the person at Vizoya told me) was a "membership" to Vizoya which gives you absolutely nothing. $49.99 and you get absolutely nothing but a worthless "Membership." I told he that this was clearly a scam, but she hit me with a well-rehearsed "word salad." I have been accidently paying $49.99 per month, for months, for nothing at all. This is absolutely a scam and should be investigated by the police.
