THIS ITEM IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! IT DOES NOT WORK!! AND JUST TRY TO GET A REFUND!!! GOOD LUCK! I NOTIFIED THE SELLER - NOTHING CAME OF IT. SO I THREW IT AWAY!!!!

When I ordered the product I got incense that didn't even have a scent and they say that they have ten different scents and I got some that didn't even have a scent all and when I requested a refund I was denied they said that they didn't refund and then they stopped emailing me about so I reported them to the BBB still waiting don't buy this product save your money.

Scammers, I never received my order, and to make matters worse, you can't speak to a real person shame on you

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I too was in the process of placing an order, I never got to the confirmation page to click "process" and then all the sudden I am being charged $88 for the $19.95 waterfall that comes w/ 100 cones, and then the additional offer of 300 more cones for $29.95 Well per my math I should only have been charged $49.95 + tax but was charged $88. And then I also received an email indicating I was signed up for some sort of meditation app which I did NOT sign up for.. They had a link to click to "cancel" that when no where... now I'm worried that have may been a way to upload a virus (I'm kicking myself for clicking on the link).
Of course I too was offered "gift card for $100 to purchase more of their products.. or the dog mat that keeps your dog from bringing in dirt (I don't own a dog)... or more cones..( I think 400 should last a while). they would not listen until I said I was going public. They sent an email saying the only way I would get a refund would be to send back the product and then AFTER they received it they would refund me... WHAT?.. After a week of my many emails I finally received one that said they would refund the overcharge of $30 (thats all I was asking for).. then with that was the excuse that depending on how long MY bank takes to processing refunds it may take until next months bank statement to process.... seriously..
I will keep you all posted on the refund as well as how it works if an when it arrives. This is supposed to be Christmas gift for my sister who teaches YOGA... I was hoping this would be something cool for her to have.. and now I'm reading many reviews that say it doesn't work as it should. I think if there are many reviews such as mine (and many others that almost duplicate what I am saying) we should protest to the advertising channel for selling faulty product and shady business practices on their channel .. I really do hope that in the end the fountain works... and I get my refund... I'll let you all know!! Thank you Trust Pilot for giving us a voice!

The company are scammers. They took my order without letting me review it, now they are charging me for a meditation app, that I never subscribed to. My next email is to the BBB. After that I will be getting in touch with my local news for their consumer reports.

It's a typical incense. It all smells like somethings burning. Will stink up your house. Don't waste your money

I saw this at a yard sale. The smell is amazing, but the waterfall does not work. The smoke does not go down the waterfall.
