Tried to cancel my order because it wouldn’t arrive on time, it was over the 24 hour period and that was fine. After that, I asked for updates on the order and received nothing. Order arrived and only AFTER it arrived did I receive those “order has been shipped” and tracking info. It was just an underwhelming experience.

After searching for weeks online trying to find a decent anime merch / clothing supplier I found TRZN and they did not disappoint! The quality of the clothes are brilliant, it feels thick and isn't see through. Everything arrived as advertised.
I had an issue with Tracking and also a wrong item was sent, however Sam was really helpful and super responsive, the issue was sorted ASAP and they also let me keep the wrong item that was sent. Highly recommend TRZN ☺️

This is the second order my husband and I have gotten from Trzn Studios. Despite living in Australia, the shipping didn’t take too long and customer service were fantastic.

The products themselves are exactly what we wanted. They feel high quality and are extremely comfortable. We will be definitely purchasing from here again in the future.

Wonderful quality in clothing, sizes are accurate and their helpline email responds very quickly and in a friendly manner. 10/10 will use the service again :D

Great company and clothing quality on the embroidery and prints. However, the reflective clothing elements are an issue when put in the wash.
It will peel and come off and there's no savings it.
Apart from that, the shipment could be better but the quality and clothing is amazing.
I'm 5'6 and muscular, Large tees fit well but if I want an oversized style and XL works.

I bought an 80$ knitted sweater from trzn and after the first wash it unravelled at the shoulder stitching making it unwearable. I followed the tag wash instructions to the letter. I contacted their support and they told me to just get it repaired. No apology, no offer of refund or replacement. Then didn’t respond to any other emails.

Pretty sure this site is just a dropshipper from China as my parcel came direct from there. T-Shirts we’re good quality and I would’ve been a repeat customer regardless of this if the support wasn’t a joke.

Prints and overall quality is not as shown in the pic , the shirt is kinda big but the cut is not like the other boxy gym shirts

It was good, shirt quality is great and all. I wear the shirts all the time now. Don't like how the tracked shipping basically went silent for most of it so I didn't know what was going on. Besides that shirts are heavy, print is high quality, only downside is that price.

The Berserk shirt i ordered had an embroidered logo on the front in the product images but came in with a cheap iron on screenprint logo that falls off in the wash. Vagabond shirt was perfect but i am very sad abt the berserk shirt since it was $50.

Recently bought a hoodie and I needed it by a certain date. So I got the express shipping and it didn’t disappoint! Item arrived in like 2-3 days and the quality was amazing as with all their other stuff. Definitely gonna purchase again in the future!

I love my oversized anime T-shirt! The vibrant print looks amazing, and the relaxed fit is super comfortable. It’s quickly become my go-to for casual wear.

Everything is very high quality and arrives well packaged , just be aware shipping times are quite slow but its worth the wait. If shipping times were fast I'd give 5 stars.

Delivery takes a while but the product is good quality and better than expected.

Horrible customer service, they used wrong address so my package was returned. My address in booking was correct so they must have added in the wrong address - and will still not give me full refund, and I even paid VAT/taxes.

Barely responded and way over line for their policy for return time

Tried to cancel my order literally immediately after making it because a mistake I made, got in touch with Thier support team that then confirmed I wanted to cancel it I emailed straight away after but by the time they got in contact with me again it had conveniently been shipped to their warehouse and There was nothing they could do.
