Fake 5 star reviews
They are asking for reviews that Trust Pilot doesn’t support so beware of the fake reviews they are getting people to post on here, most of these people have not paid the full amount of £2500 for a bunch of clumsy photos and horrible make up done on people for the shoot only to ask you to come back for a reshoot at a later date as this is their technique.
Following on from the below response, I have many emails going back and forth from Hype Digital which was your company’s former name until you decided to change it to TS Studios, I have emails with your poor customer service team responding to me without wanting to help me properly and the fact that an employee I can’t name on here had left the company which puts you in a better position as he is the one that actually guaranteed me my first job to pay me the same amount I paid for the portfolio, but sadly I cannot prove that as the conversation between him and I was not recorded in the Camden branch which is now closed down, I remember receiving a call from him via no caller ID and he explained that he had just come back from holiday with his family, luckily for him my payment had given him that opportunity with his family and all he offered me was to do reshoots with Hype Digital. It’s absolutely disgraceful behaviour and he had never bothered following up with me at all, that is fraudulent behaviour and very sad customer after care from your side. So please do not accuse me of having no proof with my claims, give me a call and I am confident enough to have a chat with your ridiculous behaviour!

We would like to clarify that in the modeling industry, a professional portfolio is a standard starting point for any aspiring model. Success depends largely on how the portfolio is utilized, not simply on having one. Nowhere in your seven reviews have you indicated that the portfolio was rejected by an agency, which suggests the issue is not with the portfolio itself.
Your claims regarding fabricated reviews are unsubstantiated. Trustpilot enforces strict guidelines, and we do not condone or participate in fake reviews.
We also have no record of you formally contacting our customer service team to resolve any concerns. We encourage you to reach out through the appropriate channels so that we can address genuine matters properly.
However, persistent defamatory remarks and harassment will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if this behavior continues.

Very professional organisation. Aaron made me feel at ease and took some amazing photos. Camilla, the make up lady did the very best she could with the subject matter she had to work with.
