You claim that ‘Tsars is a fully licensed and responsible gaming operator, committed to strict compliance with all applicable licensing regulations and industry standards’. Is this true? TSARS, and all casinos owned by RR Investments NV operate illegally in countries such as Canada, Sweden, Australia (where they were sanctioned for illegal activity in that country as of 11 May 2023) or Spain, my case, where they accept Spanish players when the law 13/2011 determines that ‘Licensing titles granted by other States will not be valid in Spain’. So no, you do not comply with industry standards.

Nor did you give me, as TSARS claims, a response to my complaint. I was only told that it was my responsibility to determine whether or not I could play from my country on your platform. A lie that is repeated over and over again by these casinos and is absolutely FALSE. The responsibility for accessing casino content lies solely and exclusively with the casino itself. Nobody else's.

Finally, I would like to mention that other casinos owned by SMES (Solutions for Management and Employment Support N.V.), which in turn is owned by RR Investments NV, have agreed to refund the deposits made for the same reasons I am claiming now. Thank you.
