While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They advertise courses that don’t exist and then invoice you

They advertise courses that don’t exist at Cheadle college. You have to go to an open day at Stockport where you have to queue for hours. You turn up at the time and date advertised for your course at Cheadle and get told there is no such course but there is a similar one you can go to on a different day but you can’t make as you can’t rearrange the time off work yet again. No one takes accountability. Months later you get invoiced for the alternative course you never agreed to. You send emails that never get replied to. You ring up multiple times to never get through to anyone. Eventually a voice mail is replied to and your told they will get the person who invoiced you to confirm the error and no payment has to be made. 6 months later and no one had apologised or confirmed no payment is due. Would completely not recommend. There is no complaints procedure in place and no one to contact. My experience had been terrible. I’ll stick to Aquinas who I have had no problems with.
