The entire process, from placing the order to finalizing the design went really smoothly. I uploaded a design that wasn't really suitable for what we wanted and they communicated quickly and clearly with what needed to happen.

This wasn’t my first time ordering from them, and as before the service is great as are their product.

Excellent company! Products are a great price and customizable to your liking! Great and fast customer service as well (specifically Ömer).

Only thing is the custom design interface for the website is a bit clunky and hard to use sometimes. Missing some basic features such as undo/redo buttons, copy and paste features, no zoom in/out options, limited fonts to choose from, and a finnicky automatic snap feature which is annoying to use as it makes it hard to place images and text where you want it without it snapping automatically to other text or images you already have (would be nice to turn this option off). Would also be nice to directly type in how big you want an image to be instead of how it is now hwere you click and drag as you cannot be as precise as you want to be.

Overall, the company and website is amazing and these are just suggestions to make it even better! I will definitely come back for future orders!

The quality of the DTF prints is simply excellent! The colors are vibrant, the definition is perfect, and the material has great durability. The customer service also deserves recognition: fast, attentive, and always willing to answer questions.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability and top-quality prints!

Was asking if the shippment was arriving until 25th June
Ordered at 0:36 on 17th June. Got the answer it will be shipped on 25th.
So I wondered why, because working and shipping will take Max. 8 days.
The answer was tuesday is not counted as working day (ordered at 0:36, so if I had ordered 23:59 on monday, I had the chance to get the order on time? Seriuosly?) and saturday also no working day.

Asking for Order cancellation they still take 50% of the full price.

In summary very bad Service and no will to do the Order on time to make customers happy.

Very bad experience. I ordered a t-shirt with text. I was shocked when I received a low quality product in a neglected state, with the printed text unreadable because letters were missing. Very slow client service, they asked for pictures, and finally they offered a solution: they asked me to send it back. I did. After more than a month of placing the order they sent me the exact same t-shirt with the missing letters printed on top. The work was so poorly done, that some letters were higher than the others, and some were lower. Not only that, but they were also blurry. I contacted them again, and again they wanted pictures, then they asked me to send it back, again. Don't waste time and money on this company. Not recommended.

I had to have express shirts printed for our hyrox race coming Friday, but after have some personal setbacks which caused so much chaos over past days i was super late with my order but I reached out and got AMAZING customer service and Sanne made sure that I got me and my partners shirt in time!!! We will shine during the race and i am forever grateful for the support and solution oriented customer service i have received! You’ve created a customer for life and I will never order anywhere else anymore, although next time, I will make sure to place my order in time so I dont have to put you in a tough spot 🤗 THANK YOU! Totyal rubbish company, with 2 baby hoodies with personlized graphics they scam off 50% of the price paid in advance on-line without delviering anything.
They kept asking questions on the position, size, quality of the graphics uploaded into their on-line designer tool. First question (on the position of the image, wtf?!) came after 3(!) days. Now they say they can do full refund after cancellation only within 48 hours!!! SCAMMERS!
First, their on-line designer tool should provide them enough info on the size and position of the desired graphics. Second, if the say the uploaded graphics are not good enough quality (mine were pretty good enough for Spreadshirt.be last years, they ahd absolutely no issues) then that should be immediately indicated by the on-line designer tool. Or, just go ahead and print it without commenting on the graphics quality. As a user I was completely aware of the image quality, and I would have been completely fine with the final rpinted outcome. They did not have to be concerned about that.
One can only assume they do it in purpose that they delay production by stupid questinos so in case of delay the customer goes over the "48 hour window of cancellation", which is by the way is only made up by thsirtdeal. There is no way they have already manufactured (meaning printed) any of the hoodies ordered, they had no costs, they did not put in any work yet, still they only want to refund 50%.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are amateurs and scammers.

I ordered babysuits with a logo on them. They claimed the images i sent them were too blurry to print, however i have since then had these same images printed on babysuits elsewhere and they turned out gorgeous.

Sadly i lost 50% of what I paid to this company because they say they order on the basis of customer orders. I think its their way of making money, judging by the reviews I have read since then, i am not the only one who fell for this trick.

I tried to buy two T-shirts from this shop because they had good reviews. Unfortunately, they made a mistake regarding the text, that I requested and therefore I asked for a refund.

I stated my intentions for a refund on multiple occasions. (in email, on their forum, and on paper in the returned package) However, they ignored this and are now trying to send new T-shirts and refusing to refund my money as I requested. (They are stating that I did not ask for a refund however they are clearly lying)

They are very unprofessional, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I might also have to report them to the ACM ConsuWijzer if my issue won't be resolved.

It was the first time I ordered a printed tee-shirt in the Netherlands. It was for a birthday gift to send to a friend. During checkout the delivery time was showing 5-7 days to receive the gift so I calculated for the package to arrive around the correct date (+/- 1 day). the package never got delivered after 9 days. I contacted the customer service and they lied twice about the delivery timing displayed on their website (one said 7-9 days and another said 8-12) and my order is still not processed in their side...I find it inacceptable to be lied to and displaying incorrect delivery time on their website.

I paid for a t-shirt and design however my design didnt go through. I was contacted by Inge Van Dalen who patiently went through my decription of what i wanted. It was exacty what i desribed and now im waiting for it to be delivered. I would highyl recommend this compnay for your next design.

I had the bestest experience with T-shirt deal!!! I am very very impressed and amazed with their client service!

First they are very quick response via email! Also my order had a time limit when it had to arrive, for some reason as some stuff were out of stock the order took slightly longer than expected and I wasn't sure if my order was going to arrive on time!
So when I spoke to the company they said they are having a driver deliver the parcel personally (not via a delivery company) 2 hours later I had my order!!!! Mind you I live in Belgium! So they drove from Holland to Belgium so I should get my parcel on time!!!!

Today is the 25th and still, they have not refunded the amount. It is a gross scandal, in my opinion, these are mala fide practices, absolutely not acceptable.

Worst experience.
I had ordered high quality Bella canvas 3001c t shirts and I received the most cheapest quality T-shirts with a tag of Bella canvas, I can clearly see through the T-shirt which won’t even last 1 wash.
Will recommend not to buy from this guys.

Tshirtdeals is one of the worst companies i've ever ordered anything.

My package has been delivered a month after ordered, eventhough they said it would take 4-6 days.
For the first two weeks i didnt hear anything about where my package is, so i started calling the company. After multiple calls and agreements they have not kept their promises with refund cost for multiple shippingcosts.

I hate to write a review, but i made an exception for this company.
