Excellent service recovery!
After receiving the shirt ordered I wasn't happy in the first place. The condition of the shirt was different to the description and pictures on the website in my opinion. After contacting TSPN Calcio they were very willing to solve this matter and in the end they proposed a suitable solution. For me this is an important sign that they are taking me serious as s customer.

Item wasn't as described. Refused to address matter with me and ignored letter sent in an attempt to resolve the situation. Had no choice but to report to report to my local trading standards department.

As previously discussed regarding your order TS2957PN (processed on 23/02/2021) we are not under any requirement to honour a refund request after the Consumer Rights Act mandatory return window of 30 days has surpassed. Your order was successfully delivered on 25/02/2021 (as per the tracking information).
Your initial contact with our team was logged on 31/03/2021 via our Website Chat functionality which is an elapsed time of 34 days. It is notable that during this time period, you attempted to sell the item you ordered across social media here and described the item as an "Argentina 1994 away shirt" which is how the item was also advertised by our company when you made your purchase.
Your claim is now that you have been mis-sold this particular item, as you believe the detailed accompanying product description is inaccurate. The product listing includes over five images of the specific product that you purchased and to conclude - this item is the exact item displayed in the product images on the product page. Regarding the detailed worded description, this is also consistent with other reputable, registered companies such as:
Classic Football Shirts, Vintage Football Shirts and Classic Soccer Jerseys.
To conclude, we are confident that our product has not been mis-sold. You were entitled to, by law, a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order without any specified reason. After this period, we do not accept returns and are not accountable for any discrepancy claims to an item's condition as sold due to the time elapsed.
