TST E-bike 

I’ve had my TST bike for a bit now, and while I’ve run into a few minor hiccups along the way, I want to highlight how strong their support team has been. Every time I reached out, they were quick to respond and helpful in resolving my issues. The communication has been clear, timely, and effective.

Overall, I’m really happy with the experience, especially the level of support. It’s made a big difference and gives me confidence in the product long term.

They advertise they are on sale but in reality, the price you pay is about 1/3 of the worth of the product they sell. A typical China business screwing Americans as much as they can. Example Price for TST® R002 20'' 1500W Full Suspension Moped-style Electric Bike. Price is $799. ($2100) Save $1400. Real worth is $200 bucks for this junk!

Ordered a new TST R7, put bike together and noticed a little tear in the seat cushion. TST is sending me a new cushion, great customer service, quick response in the same day too.

I've had mine just over two weeks. The battery dies really fast. I might get 20 to 30 miles out of it. If I'm lucky, I'm working on my second rear tire replacement, this was a present to me for my graduation from ministry school. I'm planning on using this bike for a mission trip now I have to figure something else out.

Front brake line came damaged. Reahced out to customer service by email and they got back to me in less than 8 hours and are sending out a replacement part. Bike looks and rides great! Might need a second!

I like the bike for the price it’s at. Only issue is I was missing a taillight when assembling it. Called customer service and I’m getting one shipped

Runs so smooth.

I was so excited about this bike, until my first ride, when after less than 20 miles of combination throttle and pedal, I found myself with a dead battery. Then I got a flat on the rear wheel and really discovered what a piece of trash I spent over $700 on. You can't detach the rear wheel !

The bike is great. Fast shipping and easy to assemble. I took it out for a ride and got a little over 20 miles on a single charge, without using the peddle assist. Im a bigger guy. (240 lbs) the bike handled great. Its a lot of fun to ride. I would recommend to others for the price.

I do love the bike...There were some minor problems but I contacted customer service and so far they have been great and replaced some parts that came damaged...The bike looks and rides great and I would recommend it to anyone interested...I am waiting for them to get back to me on one issue...I will update as soon as it's resolved...

My experience with tst r002 e bike is great. Bike is a nice cruiser . Rides smooth and battery last long. Customer support is also very good helping with any issues . Would recommend this company.

I purchased the R7 model and found to be well built. I have been riding for a couple of months on a regular basis and find it to offer a very comfortable and dependable ride. In addition, I bought the storage box for it and have received compliments. I had to reach out to customer service on one occassion and they promptly resolved the issue.

I bought this bike for my son and less than a week the front tire has gone flat twice. I reached out to TST regarding this issue, noting that the tire was a little low when I pulled out of the box. TST told me it was a consumable part and they would not warranty it. This would be understandable if it had not been such a short time frame from my purchase. My son had not put much miles on it and it was clearly an issue from the factory. They told me I would have to show a photo with the odometer at 0 miles, which is impossible for me, cause my son has already ridden the bike. I feel that they should reconsider their warranty policy in my case due to the short time frame.

The bike was easy to put together, looks good and runs great! Amazing for the price!

I purchased a TST R002E bike. When the E bike arrived, the display screen was broken. TST sent me out a replacement screen very quickly. When I installed the new screen to replace the broken screen, I had difficulty connecting the device to the Orbital Sports app. I contacted TST and they provided me with a video explanation of how to resolve the issue of connecting the new replacement screen. I reviewed the video and followed the directions provided and was able to link/connect my new screen in order to Bluetooth connect to the Orbital Sports app. TST provided me a solution to the problem I was experiencing which allowed me to enjoy the TSTR002E bike. Overall, I would say I am extremely pleased with the customer service and support I received from TST with overcoming the issues I faced with ordering an E bike online. I am very pleased with the customer support I received, and the ability to overcome the issues I faced. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a TSTE bike.

Including calling me personally on a Sunday night.

So I’m very impressed and very pleased —- and all this before I received the bike.
