I was excited for the lenses but they…
I was excited for the lenses but they sent the package to the wrong zip code. I told them they used the wrong zipcode (as can be seen from their tracking package image), and showed them proof that even on their website, they said they fufilled a package to the right zip code (the one I definitely put), but on their package they wrote a different one and sent it to some random place. I emailed customer service but I was simply shown a screenshot of a website in chinese that I've never seen before, showing that THEY inputted the wrong zip code and they tried to say I did that, so they can't "assist any further". Horrible, I just wanted them to send lenses to the right location and customer service is taking forever.

I ordered few styles, white manson contact lenses, red and yellow contacts, and those star eyes contacts. All of them came looking clean. Colors real bright, quality decent for the price. If you want cool designs without paying crazy money, these are good.

Scam Alert - Beware - You will loose your money, if you order from them. Delayed order shipment by 1+ month. As per them parcel left outside the building and it was probably stolen or never delivered. order number 1934689.
They just responds with a template message but actually they have pocketed my money and have not delivered products. Scammers.
Update- The pictures mentioned in first reply does not belong to my house. You cannot just place the parcel anywhere and say delivered. It is your responsibility to deliver the package to my house, as i paid the money to you.

If i could give them rating below zero or negative i woukd have loved to . i did not receive my pacel for almost 1.5 months and I requested multiple cancellations. Now after such long waiting period their carrier left parcel outside my building and within 15 min there was no parcel to be found. They are not ready to refund. Sent wrong color and refused to acknowledge it.
I had ordered previously with no issue but recently they sent me blue colored contacts instead of the green I ordered and they refused to acknowledge they made a mistake even after I sent them side by side pictures. They insisted it was right even though the packaging itself stated blue. They offered no refund or tried to Sems the right ones. Not to be trusted. Even SHEIN tries to correct anything that goes wrong.
I dont know how to reply to the response since I don’t see that option. But this was the response, after going back and forth several times in trying to prove I was sent the wrong contacts:

i ordered some spirit halloween contact lenses and a pair of black red contact lenses. Bro, both look amazing in person. colors hit hard and don’t look cheap at all. The fit was kinda tight at first but after few mins they feel normal. really good for cosplay or halloween looks.
