Excellent brand
The website is very straight forward to use, the menus are well organised and simple to navigate. The purchase was easy to make, and the item was shipped very quickly. Any questions I've had have been answered very quickly.

Flimsy phone. Got a refund
After a faulty, flimsy phone purchase - Dealing with customer support was confusing and not consistent. 1 member if staff emailed to state damage cause wouldn't be refunded, other rep asked us to return phone for full refund. Of course I responded to that one, and all duly refunded. Thank you.
Phone was so basic, that attempting to put sim card in damaged the sim holder so unable to be fixed. The phone is designed for those with less dexterity, so that didn't bode well.

Phone arrived quickly and was easy to set up and use. the choice of sim card meant I could stay with 02 and keep my old number which was a real bonus. Volume is great as my old phone was "quiet" even on the highest setting. Soft keys, large number and letter keys, easy to see. I chose their optional SD card as the phone has a camera.

Disappointment after Disappointment
Does not have the Portuguese language or portuguese special characters for writing.
Cannot install basic apps from aptoide.
Sound quality is terrible.
Screen light is painful on the eyes.
Then an unfortunate circumstance is that whatsapp desktop (to have it on your computer) requires the phone to scan a QR code, and TTFone's camera is so bad that it cannot scan the QR code properly. So I could not setup whatsapp on the computer.
I'm very disappointed with this phone.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the phone I received had two major flaws:
1) when the call comes through and you answer you cannot hear the person on the other end.
I discovered it only works on loudspeaker ?
Not much of a private conversation.
2) once you charge the battery it dips below 75% after 15 minutes even though you have not taken any calls or even used the phone.
I had to send it straight back and purchase from Argos as my son needs a basic handset that works.
I know they have received the phone several days ago given it was tracked, I am hoping the refund comes through.

The problems you described with the call audio, hands-free/H-free is optional. When receiving a call simply press the Green button key to answer it.
Do not select hands-free/H-free on the screen as this switches from handheld to loudspeaker mode. As for the battery performance this certainly not what we expect from our products, and we completely understand your disappointment.
As for the return, we can confirm that we received the return item and your refund was issued on 24th March. It should appear in your account shortly, depending on your payment provider.

Getting help quickly
I had a problem with my new microSD memory card i.e the phone did not register it and I kept getting the message 'phone not enough space'. I did a quick online chat and then sent my message through as well. I had a reply within 20 minutes (even after closing hours) as well as a useful installation video.
