We are waiting 2 hours to come someone to cleaning to can enter in the cabin for sleeping. When one person come he change only the sheets and put toalet paper, without dezinfection and vacuum cleaner.

Fungus in the rooms
Fungus in the rooms, filthy cleaning and unmaintained staircases.
Terrible and horrible staff with such a sad attitude, especially towards people of color. We where kicked out of the restaurant for just sitting and waiting for the ship to arrive. Yet we ate dinner at thst very same restaurant for 60 euros just hours earlier. Me and my whole family where so saddened by this treatment, I will never use their services again, disturbed our jolly holiday feeling so much.
Besides the left two hours later than scheduled, and no information on the radios for hours.
There are many better options for this ride going with either Stena Line or taking the boat from Ystad.

The stay at the Huckleberry Finn was fine. Good food and a clean cabin.
Debarking took a little bit long. Trucks that could not easy make the turn in the curves on deck probably?

Sleep disturbed by announcements
The way to the ferry from the check-in was not well marked. We were able to board early but were abruptly awakened at 11 pm to be welcomed abord and then again a bit later to tell us last orders at the restaurant - so much for a bit more sleep. Beds were comfortable. No soap provided.

REGULAR LATE DEPARTURE, NO HELP FOR HANDICAPPED
We were travelling regularly with TT-line, but since covid time, the service has decreased significantly. Can’t remember- in last year - to be boarding on time.
Captain’s buffet which use to be an experience was replaced by Sailors menu with bad quality. We have paid Sailor’s menu in advance- but on spot you have ZERO information what is included and what not.
Last journey was on April 24 at 13:45 from Rostock to Trelleborg. Departure 1,5 hour. My husband is handicapped, we did informed TT-line in advance and our car was signed. The staff saw the sign, but send us to park in the middle of trucks. Thanks god, my husband is able to walk with crutches otherwise no idea how we would manage to the lift. Nobody to help or to give advice!

Often delayed ferries, lack of information and catastrophic check in
We have travelled with TT lines three times during the past year; two of these times the ferry has been delayed more than two hours. There was no info. The check in in Travemunde is a catastrophy, only check in with machines with touch screens that are barely working. We managed ok but saw elderly who couldn’t get through. After the check in it was almost impossible to see where to go to get on the right ferry.
We will not travel with tt lines again. Driving through Denmark is a more convenient and predictable option.
