The boattrip was amazing, good room Nice staff.
However, the woman at the douane was crazy and agressive for no reason at all. Maybe search for another job, or even beter: a good therapist

Average experience
Very easy check-in.
A lot of food choices on the menu, even on the night ferries, but the food was pre-heated and looked like it had been laying there for a while. No staff served the food either.
Cabins were not well cleaned (lots of hairs in the toilet, dust in every corner in the room).
Would be nice to only have one general wake up call 30min before arriving, instead of reminding people that breakfast is being served 1hrs before arrival. Quite annoying to get disturbed when you do not want to have breakfast. Guests who wants to eat can set their own alarms.
But overall, a decent experience.

My last post was indeed correct it is…
My last post was indeed correct it is the service from Devenport Tasmania to the new terminal in Geelong, Melbourne Victoria, Australia!!!!! The worker has now been relieved of her duties as animal control officer and been reassigned other duties. The whole process and dealings with TTLine for me was not satisfactory and our main concern is that it could happen to another customer and their pet. We are glad they took it seriously but this sort of thing should not happen in the first place.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience.
We got on the ferry (Trelleborg-Swinoujscie) at 01:20. Ferry departure was at 02:00. We had to wait for the cabin till 3:00!!! There were only two coworkers cleaning all the cabins. Waiting for 1h 40m in the middle of the night… I do not recommend.
Also the smell in the toilet was very bad.
Never again TT on any route.

Be very careful with this travel…
Be very careful with this travel company when buying tickets because if you don't get the Flex ticket even if you cancel the trip 24 hours before or more they don't give a single penny back. It's unheard of, but this company does this and I don't like it at all, it seems like a real scam to me.

The worst experienc ever
The worst experienc ever . The fair was ther in time , but i get on bord 3 h later after the bout should be already gone . Ticket was for the bout peter pan but arived has nils duck a realy smal one . And the worst thing was that i was not alone in the cabin and the staff was arogant, it was the last time whit them .
