I needed some help and advice re the location of a water valve for my tenant. I phoned this plumbing companies number today and spoke with the plumber. I was in the middle of giving him a background as to what kind of help I needed, the plumber was so rude and dismissive of my request that while I was in the middle of the conversation he disconnected the call. I phoned him back to say he was rude in cutting me short and not giving me the chance to elaborate my request he started shouting over the phone and told me I was accusing him of being rude therefore he will not listen and he disconnected again. The problem I am having with this is…he was blatantly rude therefore how can someone not know that they are being rude. Arrogance I suppose.

Very good company, reliable found and fixed problem with dishwasher connection quickly.

Another plumber told me I would have to replace my entire Geberit toilet due to a leak into the bowl between flushes (costing £1500 plus redecorating costs). Tee was friendly, efficient and fixed the problem with no problems and no new parts! Delighted.

There emergency prices is jaw dropping, I had a leaking tap, in my flat in Putney .
I called the real Putney plumbers solved the problem for half the price . They have replied it’s a fake review , day light robbers. I have emailed trading standards
