We had an issue with an air valve on our rising main, after speaking with a few contractors, decided to contact TT Pumps. Karl Hewitt, went above and beyond to help staying even after this shift ended to make sure I had the correct part and completely understood everything. We were able to get the part ordered and when I had an issue with getting it fitted TT Pumps were able to come out the following week and fit it. Cant ask for better service from this company. Thank you to Karl, Jason Pemberton for arranging the install. Special thank you to Marcia Abrahams - Service Admin who is always a pleasure to speak with, always helpful and is truly invaluable having assisted with an array of queries over my time working with TT Pumps.

Over the years I have used TT Pumps many times and very rarely had anything other than fantastic service.
Last weeks visit to a site in Skegness installing the first fix pipework for an Anglian Water pump station is not an exception to my previous experiences.
The teams high standard of work carried out on site over the past couple of days and the way they have worked with my site team certainly helps everything run smoothly.
Looking forward to our second fix and commissioning at the end of the month.

T-T helped us out in a pinch! They were willing to help engineer and design a customized penstock valve that fit our needs. They were very responsive, and the team was wonderful to work with!

After sales services are very poor.
After an issue on a system installed by TT calling the help line works fine, staff very helpful, indicating next day attendance (Friday). To actually get an engineer however is extremely difficult:
1st an email from TT saying they won't attend unless they get full payment in advance, but not including any payment information or invoice.
Later the same day after requesting and receiving an invoice the message is given that the first possible date now might be Monday but even that cannot/will not be confirmed until they see 100% payment in their account. This is frankly not "service" at all - no other company I have ever dealt with behaves this way.

Worked with TT on various projects the past 2 years. David and Chris in the controls team are always quick to help no matter the question. Karl and Hayden in the Pumping stations team are both extremely helpful. Cannot fault the service provided by TT.

We recently came across T-T Pumps when needing assistance sourcing some valves and fittings at short notice. Gareth went above and beyond and responded quickly to every need we required, no matter how big or small.
I would strongly recommend T-T Pumps and the impeccable service they provide.

Our company have been using tt pumps for a few years now.The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, I have always had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others. Anytime I need help or answers I cannot find myself , Karl or Gareth and their team of hard working staff always push their hardest to resolve the problem. Had nothing but an excellent service since the start which will carry on for many years to come.

We have been using TT Controls for many years now. The guys always deliver an excellent job as well as an excellent customer experience. All the team in Controls are fantastic and take the time to understand our requirements and lead times - which can be short.
David Burn is our goto guy and he's always delivered - even out of hours. Great Job guys and a great Team!

Cannot recommend them highly enough!! 100% buy with confidence.

Shocking shambles. They serviced our pump. Used a key to access pump housing - a key passed to them by our developer. Now I have transferred to a friendlier and much less costly company, they can’t locate the key. Advised me to buy one from the internet - I did on their advice - it was the wrong key ! I still can’t access the housing and they could not care less. They are low-grade and shabby. Of course there is no “profit” in behaving decently with a departing customer but this sort of behaviour reveals their absence of integrity. Buyers beware.

Absolute disgrace, pump they sold me barely works, but apparently there's nothing wrong with it.

Quick service but package not packed correctly causing damage to boxes. Problem when need to sale on items.

Always a pleasure never a chore to work with these guys

Brilliant products and speedy service combined with great after sales service and very very helpful advice and guidance and great product knowledge - buy with confidence

They are still a great supplier and nothing has changed since me previous review in January lol
