I paid Tubesbooster for their script. Before purchasing, they clearly told me it would include HLS streaming and CDN support. It has now been over 2 months, and there is still no HLS, no CDN, and nothing usable.

They also did not provide the full project/source files that I could properly save or manage myself. There is no proper installation tutorial, and they did not provide any license key or license system at all, which is very unprofessional.

They claimed that HLS and CDN were in beta and would be released in End of the year. Now it’s almost the end of January, and there is still no release, no update, and no clear roadmap.

Their support is useless and extremely slow. It took them around 5 days just to set up basic things, and even then, I had to do a lot of work myself because I have some knowledge of Laravel. If I didn’t, I would be completely stuck.

Overall, the promises made before purchase were not delivered, timelines were not respected, and support quality is very poor.

I strongly do NOT recommend buying anything from Tubesbooster.
Save your money and avoid this product.

Payment was made for a server installation service that has not been performed.
The contractual 72-hour deadline has been exceeded.
The server has been fully accessible and ready for several days.
Despite multiple written follow-ups, no installation has been completed and no refund has been issued.
Additionally, the proposed solution relies on obsolete technologies (PHP 7.4 and Laravel 8), which do not meet current standards and are not acceptable for production use.
I am requesting a full refund for services not provided.
