I never received the product. I contacted them, but I received no response.

TOTAL SCAM and GARBAGE products with HIGH PRICE. DO NOT TRAP BY THIS SCAM.
I have order three so called Gemstone Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs (Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Emerald) each cost USD36.08. However all of these Coffee Mugs are made of hard plastic RESIN, all are craps. GO TO HELL TUCUNARE!

100% scam.Don’t do business with these crooks

Really poor, considering contacting my bank to recall the money paid now. Been weeks upon weeks since I placed my order. They were allowed to advertise on Youtube which is where I saw the products. No products received and no reply to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SEEM LIKE A SCAM.

They send me fake. I wrote to them. My bank gived me money back. After few months later 'tucunare' take the money back from my account. Ridiculous.
What 'tucunare'do should be punished.

1 star is too high. Absolute garbage products. This company is selling falsely advertised gimmicks which don’t even arrive on time.

As few other people wrote had to give it one star so I could post a review if that wouldn't be the case I would give them NEGATIVE 100 STARS. Payed and NEVER received my order. I contacted , wrote emails did everything I could but nothing, no response, no redund. Please be aware , please don't think because it looks legit and they advertise, that means nothing to them.

The only reason why I am giving one star otherwise I would not be able to write a review. I was scammed. I ordered one of their products a book and it has been well over a month. I’ve sent many many emails no response whatsoever so obviously I was scammed. I’m out of money and no product was ever received. no phone number to contact them. I hope the company reads all of these reviews. Shame on you for scamming, hard-working people.

Ordered May 24, 2025, Bill of $34.99 was paid on my Visa card and it is now June 18 and the fern has not been received. Order #FH9910

I'm just another sucker! They took my payment and no product. I will definitely be more careful in the future. They don't respond to several of my texts and there's no phone number! Big Red Flag!

Big scam indeed! Took my payment and product is not received. Contacted them and no response! Products are grossly overpriced which I later found out. I also notice negative comments by buyers on Facebook are being deleted by their Admin.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They literally stole $89.00 from me. Then ghosted me. YouTube should also be prosecuted for promoting this flagrantly false advertising. They did not respond to three emails I sent requesting a refund. I received 3 plastic ferns with five fronds each. Dollar store trash.

I paid £56 for trio Boston ferns. Nothing like advertised. All three ferns fit in one tiny bag that fit through letter box for delivery.
This company needs investigating for misreprentation of goods.
Disgusted and very disappointing

If I could rate this company below 1 I would. I fell for the fake fern scam too. Ordered two, only received one. Cheap plastic - nothing like what was shown. It sounds like no one is getting their money back either - shame on me for falling for this. I know now to check reviews of companies on this site before purchasing anything again!!

Stone mugs are really a poisonous plastic. Even the plastic is fake. Thieving scum of the earth these people are! Mixing some fishing and household items amongst their stock to use as cover for the huge stone mug scam . Shame you don't live nearby, I have tar and feathers for you.
