I purchased from this company through Amazon and so glad I did.

I purchased from this company through Amazon. At first I ordered an imperial red carpet for the landing and a few weeks later because I was impressed with the colour and quality I I contacted them to ordered again through Amazon for the same carpet to do the stairs. Unfortunately when this carpet it was the wrong colour red. I contacted the company through Amazon contact seller. I spoke to Tuda customer services. They couldn't apologies enough. They made sure that the right colour would be dispatched immediately. The ladies I spoke to in customer services couldn't be more helpful They sent me a few samples to double check the colour and when I confirmed the colour the carpet arrived the next day.
Why can't every customer services have the same attitude as these young Ladies. A brilliant company well worth the 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating I have given them.
Highly recommended.
