Fraudulant subscription

I discovered I had been subscribed to Tudum without my authorization or consent. Had to cancel my credit card linked to it, and filed a dispute for fraud. Credit card company said they are very familiar with tudum and fraudulent charges.

Same here

Same here. I was trying to activate my new free trial with a streaming service, and their ad popped up as if it was part of the process. I had to cancel my CC. Fortunately, I did it before they charged me, due to reports of fraud. Somebody should stop them.

Scam attached to Google Play Store

This is a scam. Somehow this company infiltrated an app download from Google Play Store. App was Smart Switch as I was trying to transfer data from one tablet to another. They hijacked the app & (like many apps) req CC info w/ a notice they would not charge the CC. HOWEVER, they have a tiny check-box that approves the charge. Luckily my CC company caught it, declined & contacted me.
I was able to cancel by calling 833-942-2826. Shady as hell.

Scam

Scam. I was trying to download a jukebox app and I was foolish enough to not notice that I was transferred to tudum and gave them my debit card info. There is no way to cancel your subscription once you join and they won't even let me sign into my account. I had to cancel my debit card. Such an inconvenience.

SCAMMERS are under our feet

SCAMMERS are under our feet, in Jesus' name!!! John 10:10 "The thief comes to STEAL, kill and destroy; but I have come that you may have life and have it more abundantly." Tudum.co somehow hijacked my debit card in early April 2022 (possibly through PayPal). They have deducted $39.95 from my account 8 times in the last 8 months. That is nearly $320 of unauthorized funds. I will be contacting my bank to begin an immediate investigation and to cancel my debit card, so no further deductions are made from my account. Matthew 18:18 "Whatsoever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." #FightLikeHeaven

Tudum.co scam

We were tricked into signing up for tudum.co when we thought we were paying on a parking app. Got fraudulent charge notice of $39.95 from credit card and had to cancel card. When we called the number for DCMPLUS we were told about the "subscription" and cancelled it. Hope that is the last of it. WATCH OUT for this scam.

Tulum.co hijacked another phone app

This tulum.co hijacked my phone while paying for parking in an app and took my financial information. I immediately called to cancel but I'm not sure the "third party" service is going to do anything. Its obviously a scam.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I was setting up a transfer app for a new phone and was hi-jacked by this app. Tried calling them and no answer. So I called my credit card and sure enough this no charge company had tried to collect $1, $39.95 twice. My card put it on hold and I cancelled them so they have to issue a new card and number.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS, I DID NOT sign up for any company called TUDEM! However, I did order a pallet of Dewalt tools, advertised on Facebook. That company was called ABHELPLINE. I SAW yesterday, my bank account had 2) $39.95 charges. I called the number attached to transaction, NO ANSWER!
I followed directions
(online banking) to start an investigation. Within hours, my bank reimbursed me for the two charges that came to $79. 00!
Then this morning I got an email from this TUDUM. I HAD NO IDEA WHO THEY WHERE, but check this out... I contacted them through their chat line.. They said it was already canceled! And showed that they where reimbursing me for... BINGO, $79.00.THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT AS THE ABHELPLINE that chase bank is investigating!
It appears that these thieves are using several different company names (FB is one of their platforms) like
ABHELPLINE AND TUDUM, to lure us in. Who knows how many other fake company titles they are using.
I also called the TUDUM number from their website.. I actually spoke to habeeb, who said I was already canceled as of(you guessed it, yesterday) although I did not contact them! I only contacted my bank and researched this ABHELPLINE ON GOOGLE, which is how I found out, they where a non existant company.
GO to your bank and follow their instructions concerning fraudulent transactions. Your bank will immediately begin an investigation. It seems the bank(s) are aware of THIS fraud TRAP. I GOT MY $ BACK.

SCAM I was highjacked while trying to sign…

I was highjacked while trying to sign up for a free trial of a totally different product. Their site said no fees would be charged. I instantly got fraud alert email and a text from my bank saying they had declined a fraudulent charge. Thank goodness. Now I have cancelled the card. It is virtually impossible to cancel the "membership" directly from their website. I am also afraid to call them since who knows what sort of scammers they are.

Redirect link used by Tudum

We were trying to get service through a legit site via the phone when somehow we got into a sign-up for Tudum, thinking it was still on the other site (may have been a redirect pop up ad that gets clicked by accident because of where it is).
Minutes later we received an email receipt. Saw who it was from and said, "This isn't what we wanted." The 5-day trial is a joke. Almost immediately they charged the credit card $39.95. The shortest 5 days we've ever seen!
Contacted the credit card company. They had denied the charge as suspicious. We cancelled the card to stymie any other charges.

QR scanner app

It seems a QR scanner app asked me to set up a free account, which turned out to be a 5 day free trial with "Tudum", which is some kind of streaming service. Got a $39.95 debit charge later for "xpscx.com". Got a hold of the online support and told them to cancel the subscription for no more charges. If I see anymore weird unknown charges, I will cancel my debit card. Guessing this isn't the end. I found a QR scanner app finally that does not make you enter your debit card info, so I use that one from now on. Live and learn, I guess. That $39.95 I can not get back. Absolutely a scam.
