Not possible to actually order an item featured in a TM email
I got an email from TM advertising products - wooden lamps. I went ahead and put two in my cart and tried to checkout. Over days of trying, checkout never went through. The error said that they couldn't deliver to my address, not the case. Then an item was added to my cart (not by me) for $2.98 or similar small amount.....and that went through without the item I tried to order. Several rounds with TM customer service were polite but not helpful. No effort was made to resolve the problem of ordering the product I wanted. They did refund the small amount.

Weighted blanket queen size

No way to track items prior to their arrival
While the shelf unit and the queen quilt came, I was not able to do a search through the website to alleviate my anxiety about why they came separate.I spent too much time looking for a way to get status of the quilt and finally gave up....not good. I finally got an answer from an email I sent AND I finally got both items but they came as surprises and did not relieve the stress of how to track them.
