Delivery due from Robert Dyas via this Cowboy outfit on Monday , then today now Friday , all the phone numbers on their website for depots are unobtainable ,
Its 0330 838 0376 if anyone needs it , but good luck getting an answer regarding a delivery , incredibly rude woman on phone , would give 0 stars if that was an option,

Useless, lousy customer service.

Useless. You get a message in the morning saying: we'll deliver today, anytime up until 18:00. Here's a tracking number. That's it. They won't speak to you as the recipient, even though you have all the details. You can't explain that you're not going to be in or ask them to get a message to the driver, because "you're not an account holder". Really bad - why would any company want to use such a dreadful courier with such lousy customer service?

Item not delivered, customer service real bad

Driver marked the item as delivered but it's nowhere to be found. At home all day and nobody knocked or rang the bell (or my phone). Called the customer service and they said they cannot even contact the driver which hasnt added any proof of delivery. When i question about the level of service, the rep said "this is our service" and hung up on me. Stay away

This company is going down

I know that mostly unhappy customers write here. So everybody reading reviews here has to have that in mind.
To the point: we are on a business contract with them. The good thing is that the majority of the parcels get to the clients (well - as with any other company). The drivers that come to collect the parcels are spot on, the trucks are big and appropriate for large parcels.
But - the customer service recently - is a bloody JOKE. They keep closing telephone service lines and emails, don't answer phones, mails, and I get the feeling that they have little to no connection between the different departments. And on top of all they overcharge us massively with the invoices, just write imaginary stuff on them and require you to pay it..those are just a few of the things.
Let alone the rouge policies they have - like a weekly £50 ''minimum invoice'' - which they charge you no matter if you have or have not booked anything with them this week, or the ''re delivery'' charge for every missed delivery they have, or the extra you have to pay for a residential address booking and they have no responsibility if anything happens to a delivery to a residential address.
It is a never ending sadness with them recently. And the management has some serious issues obviously.

Absoloutely appalling service

Absoloutely appalling service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered a lovely futon from The Range. First they were delivering mon-no show Tues weds Thurs the same. They refuse to speak on the phone if you are not the sender.
When eventually it arrived, very rude driver ignored everything we said, couldn't get away quick enough.
I will never again buy from a company who uses them as courier service. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR DONT USE THEM.

Incompetent

Metals4U use Tufnell as their courier. Two orders have been dispatched to me, the first was lost by Tufnell and a second identical order was dispatched, that too was lost.

They literally had one job to do and failed it twice - incompetent - from now on I will not do business with any company that uses this utter shower.

Appalling service!

Dumped my delivery of an armchair on my pathway no one knocked or rang doorbell. Done so quietly my dog didn't bark. Not discovered until 90mins after

Lost sideboard ?

Like many other people find this company less than useless,I ordered a 5 foot sideboard and received a delivery date from these people saying delivery was on Wednesday so when Wednesday evening arrived and still no sideboard we checked their track and trace system and guess what ? You got it right, it said it had been delivered.
I checked the outside areas, under the mat etc no sideboard.
Contacted them and received the standard reply which was to contact the sender which we did, sent them pics of the outside of the property etc to help them in the missing sideboard.
How the hell do you loose a sideboard ?
Having read some of the bad reviews on lost items it looks like someone is furnishing a house.

What an absolute joke

What an absolute joke. Don’t deserve ANY stars. Ordered a table, which was being made. Firstly, Tufnell didn’t turn up to collect item from furniture company on correct day. Collected a day late. Secondly, Tufnell were supposed to contact me with a time slot. Nope…I had to contact furniture company who, after contacting Tufnell, told me it would be here today 4-5pm. At 4.10pm, furniture company contacted me to say that for no reason whatsoever Tufnell had decided not to deliver to me but back to the originating company. EPIC FAIL!!! Now I have to wait again as furniture company is employing the services of another courier!!!
Avoid at all costs. Judging by all the other reviews, no-one has a good word to say about them!! Utterly useless. Talk the talk (read their glowing website!!) but definitely can’t walk the walk. At this rate, they’ll be limping all the way to the bankrupt bin!!

Don't buy from companies that use this firm.

I ordered a garden chair which I've been assured was intact on despatch. When it arrived I checked it before the driver left. There was a major crack through the 3cm thick teak back bar and various struts were broken. I rejected it and the company agreed to send a replacement. Again. they tell me it was intact on despatch. When it arrived via Tufnells again it was wrapped in bubble wrap ++ held in palce with about 20 metres of fragile tape. When I unwrapped it the back bar of the chair (7cm thick teak) was shattered and multiple struts were broken. It must have been hit with tremendous force or crushed under something very heavy.

Even one star is over generous.

The first expected consignment was followed up by a delivery made with the "proof of delivery" a childlike cross on some non sensical document. No delivery was made.

The Supplier sent a second consignment; email received from Tufnell "being delivered today' together with, "we will keep you up to date and even provide the name of the driver."

They again failed to do any of this. This is gross misrepresentation behaviour on the part of Tufnell in general and the Belvedere Depot in particular.

MISSING PARCELS AND LIES AVOID!!

IPSWICH DEPOT.....
Absolutely disgusting ‘service’!
Told multiple stories about the whereabouts of an 8ft parcel! Missed days of work waiting in. In the morning told parcel is out for delivery by lunch the story changed- parcel not out for delivery. Then I am accused of being a liar because apparently ‘you would not have been told your parcel is out for delivery today’ and furthermore, when I asked to speak to the manager the phone was put down. This unfortunately is not the only example from this disgusting company! Parcels going ‘missing’ seem to be a common occurrence! The foolish woman I spoke to who was rude to me today; rest assured I was recording it and this will be sent alongside a formal complaint! Awful company incompetent and very rude!!! AVOID!!!!!

The driver was so rude and…

The driver was so rude and disrespectful the way he handled my goods dragging it through my front door so rough as if he did want to deliver it. Then was mumbling under his breath. The companies that uses them need to use other delivery services.
