Good service and price from bulbs . Fast delivery to the Czech republic

Really happy with the order! After a missunderstanding my pakket was sent even in Romania, they are making deliveries also here. I am happy that I finally I have flowers from the Nederland.

I received the plants 7 days after the order date, which meant the order was late, I had to send them emails to understand when the plants would arrive. I received the plants although some seemed okay, the roses that were the most expensive in the order were full of aphids. I don't think it's normal to receive plants infected with pests. I received one of the roses without soil with all the leaves wilted, I put it in the soil but I don't think it will even give a leaf. I don't recommend it, better go to the store and see what you choose,

Extreme care and packaging for the tender plants especially with brown paper to absorb any unintended shock or impact.

Plants are fresh and thrives in the ground immediately with the echinacea budding.

Few days ago I did ordered a tree Pruim Black Amber - Prunus domestica € 14,67 above that amount i paid for delivery cost. And what I received today 31 May 2025 Saturday is a DRIED, DEAD STICK, not a tree at all!!! Is this some kind of joke or should I contact Dutch authorities for a scam and fraud made from your company? I have spend almost 15 euro for a junk, a useless stick, this is unacceptable. I ordered a tree, not a dry stick of 25cm. See the pictures as prove!!!
Next time do not lie or scamm customers, find a job to make your own money, or sell a real trees!

To the attention of your company, and also to the response of your employee Fleur from the customer service department. My replay on her message is:
- First of all, of course, I will return the dry stick that you sold me for a tree. I just collect evidance before i send it back - making a record, and photos for the dutch authorities. I have sent you back the garbage that you sold me to get my money back. In the coming business days, you will receive the dead stick that you sent me. But the strange thing is that AGAIN I have to pay for the delivery cost of the return stick! And regarding your rude and incompetent employee Fleur, I would advise her to educate herself and find out the difference between a dry stick and a real, alive tree, since I know perfectly well in my 36 years of experience how to recognize trees and plants and how to take care of them, as I already have a garden full of LIVE plants, not dead and imaginary trees, which your company sold me for financial gain!!! As i see in google and trustpilot i m not the only one customer who didnt receive his order and complaining about bad and low quality, seems like many customers do not like your company, that is hiding behind three different names in internet online sells of plants, bulbs and trees! Interesting why?
And to respond to the attacks of your cheap employee Fleur, who said that I only write negative comments - it is completely normal to publish negative comments about companies that do not offer what is written on their websites or lie about the quality, simply i just cant stand scammers and liars like Tuincentrum Koeman. As I have repeatedly written in our email correspondence, and as is evident from the photos I sent you, if you had paid attention, I even sent you a photo from your own website, on which it is clearly and legibly written that you offer a healthy tree that will bloom, and this is a cheep lie and did not correspond to the truth. That is why I urge anyone who wants to make sure that I am telling the truth to visit your website and see it with their own eyes or to contact me and I will gladly personally send them an email with a video I made and a photo from your website, in which you lie about the tree that you offer. I have no intention of throwing money away for a dead stick. The text used on your site does not correspond to what you are offering, it is clear that this is either a mockery on your part of a client like me or a scam with the aim of your company making money on the backs of clients like me! That's also the reason i had an official signals send to multiple dutch legal authorities to investigate deeply the companies you are operating.

Ordered a Cerise Sylvia - Prunus avium (dwarf cherry tree) and the web offer said "We guarantee strong and healthy plants that will bloom immediately." I received a 25cm leafless stem which I assume is root stock (no identifying marks or paperwork included other than a copy of the invoice), needless to say it won't bloom immediately! It was to be a gift so I will have to order one elsewhere. :o(
I repeat, this was to be a gift, and based upon your web offer I wouldn't have ordered if you have to wait several weeks to see 'everything will be fine'. Also, what you supplied was root stock which was not what was offered.

I want to have contact with online shop but it's not possible. There is no telephone number to ask about my order. Help button can't answer where is my order. I asked for flowers 27.04 and till now had heard nothing from them and they promised to deliver next day.

Wrong product delivered. Should have been 200 red, pink and orange tulips. They all turned out white. Very furstrating after all the effort to plant them, etc.

What I needed. Good service.

I received a product that was different from what was shown on the website. The company admitted their mistake but never offered a solution, ignoring my follow-ups. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I do not recommend buying from them.

Easy to Buy. Product Is great

Terrible customer service no one has responded for a week and a half. This is exactly not the product that you can wait for a long time, they have to be sown on time, I’m already tired of waiting, no one has answered me yet, I’ll never order anything from there again in my life and I will recommend everyone not to order anything from there. It’s terrible. It’s just terrible.

Banana plant , i received was very small , but in picture it was growable , i paid 17 euros , It is very costly.
